We were positively surprised by all the details that the room had. Equipped for cooking. Very comfortable beds and everything perfectly clean. It is located in the heart of Salamanca. A totally recommendable site

Very disappointed with the staff and customer service of this establishment because I have been a victim of online fraud and I have not felt any support from them. Summary: 4 weeks ago I booked two nights through the most popular booking platform and the property started communicating with me through private chat. A few days later I received a message, in that chat, asking me to update my card for the reservation, I did so and shortly after I saw that I had been the victim of a fraudulent charge of almost 200E in the name of a Nigerian company. Shortly afterwards, the establishment always contacted me in the chat to inform me that it was a fraud and not to open the link, even though it was too late. Since then and until today, I have had to file a complaint, cancel cards, complain to the bank, complain to the reservation platform, which in the end agreed to reimburse me, and in all this time, Hosteria Sara by Gaiarooms, the only thing that has done is respond to me by saying that it is not your responsibility because it is the platform's fault. Ironic that they say that when all the communication is sent through that chat, but now that they have scammed me, they are no longer responsible... With extensive professional experience in hotels, I cannot understand how I still have an active reservation with them (planned stay for this Friday) no one from your establishment has had the gesture of contacting me to find out how my situation was going and when I asked them if they planned to have some commercial gesture to empathize with me and thus motivate me to keep the reservation (rate discount, include breakfast, include parking, some upgrade, etc - the formulas are infinite, I don't have to say it), they tell me again that they have nothing to do with it... As I have told them directly, I recommend that they save themselves from the multiple empty formulas of "we'll be here to help you" and instead start taking care of their customers. Otherwise, they will lose many more customers like me.

A hotel with a very modern, contactless check-in system; Everything was by phone or through codes or remote openings as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The price was unbeatable for one night.

The most unpleasant thing was that there was no one to welcome us, the telephone number was not compatible with the one given to us, there was a couple who opened the door for us so we could enter the hotel, after several attempts the couple told us what the phone, then no one contacted us or sent an email to find out how check in worked and finally the receptionist still wanted us to move to another location to check in after hours of travel and with a baby and a child not to mention of the suitcases. Regarding the room, it was in good clean and comfortable conditions.

Excellent location, close to the square and the cathedral (not very close to the train station, but it was possible to walk with hand luggage - perhaps a taxi would be interesting for those who don't want to walk too far). Automated check-in, you scan the documents yourself... kitchen with stove, minibar, crockery and electric kettle (there's a market nearby), good beds, shower with bathtub... everything is simple but very good!!! It was an excellent few days in Salamanca!!!
