Excellently located behind the main square. Very quiet place. Superior room with balcony (402). The terrace is incredible. Wide and bathed in sun from early in the morning. With views of the tower of San Martín church. The pillow is ideal if you like them firm. Nice decoration. There is no closet, just a large coat rack with shelves. Central heating. Good wifi connection. Everything was very clean and the maid (a Ukrainian lady) was super friendly. There is no reception at the property. The keys are carried in an app on the mobile phone and they worked great. They didn't give me any problems. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I will repeat for sure

Literally 15 steps from the main square. Very clean. We did the check-in online, although there is the option to do it there. It was easy for us, maybe for an older person not so much, and there is no reception where they can help you. We didn't have breakfast, but it smelled super delicious in the mornings. We were with a fairly small baby chair and it had a terrible time in the elevator. The bed was very uncomfortable, super hard. You can hear everything from the other rooms, even conversations. We paid €95 for 2 nights/2 adults + 1 baby at fairs. For that price we can't complain.

Bachelor Party. I honestly don't understand the bad review... The hotel is super well located, has a nice room with bathroom, elevator, breakfast option... The only thing about check-in was not very easy because the group didn't arrive all together. But I really liked it and recommend it.

Absolutely unacceptable! For the first time in my life I entered a supposedly DOUBLE hotel room (I had paid 115 euros for the night) and found a bed against the wall, therefore with direct access for ONE person. There was no bedside table, which obviously didn't fit because the accessible side of the bed was close to the front door. Closet, much less. Bedside light, one on the wall (ONE, not two). The bathroom was a size consistent with this description. Despite having a fantastic location (that's why I booked it), you can't charge these amounts for accommodation with these conditions.

The best location. Clean. Many problems with the check-in. The breakfast that we had booked because we were in a hurry was very slow. Only one waitress for all tables. One hour for coffee and toast with oil. Can repeat but because of the location

Beds like rocks and the night temperature very high, but without being able to regulate it in any way. No one attends the establishment, so you cannot ask for help. It is well located, but it is not worth it at all. A total disappointment.

Nos pareció muy cómoda la habitación para pasar una noche, aunque no había armario, sólo un perchero, y los enchufes están mal situados. La limpieza buena y la cama confortable. Tanto el check in como el check out hay que hacerlo online, lo que al principio nos pareció complicado, pero luego resultó sencillo. No hay recepción en el hotel ni nadie que te atienda. Está situado justo al lado de la plaza mayor y se puede recorrer todo el centro a pie. El problema es que es una zona excluida al tráfico y al ir a descargar las maletas, un policía nos llamó la atención, aunque por contacto telefónico nos dijeron que el propio hotel envía un mail a la policía con la matrícula para que no nos multen. Espero que sea así...

La peor experiencia en Hotel. 1. Componentes malos (aire acondicionado y TV) 2. No dejan artículos para aseo (Jabón, Shampoo) 3. No botan la basura. 4. Duda de que cambien la sabana (estancia de mas de 5 días en mi caso) 5. Sin conserje. Problemas demoran mas de 12 horas en solucionar algo (ej. que traigan jabón) 6. Enchufes mal ubicados, por lo que si debes trabajar es incomodo.
