This hotel is fully self-service. The hotel door is controlled by a password lock, and you need to use the password given in the confirmation email to open the door. Because there was no one to serve and I couldn't ask for the parking lot, I had to drive around the hotel twice and finally found an underground parking lot with parking spaces nearby. Therefore, for guests who are not familiar with the environment, this method is actually not very convenient. The room is quite large and fully functional, but there is no sofa bed prepared for us, even though it is a family room, and it lacks the necessary bedding. The overall service is average.
By the way, the air conditioning temperature control is not ideal and the bathroom is also quite cold.

The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to go to attractions. All self-service in the hotel is done step by step according to the email received. It is not difficult and just have a little patience. But I have three small suggestions: 1. The hotel does not actually have a dishwasher, but there are dishwashing cubes in the kitchen set; 2. The hotel has a washing machine but no laundry detergent. It would be great if the dishwashing cubes were replaced with laundry detergent; 3 coffee capsules are too few. We stayed for 2 nights and only had 2 capsules in total. All in all, I will choose this hotel again if I come to Salamanca next time!

We had a very nice room with two beds and a galley kitchen and laundry. 5 minute walk to centre of town. Close to a great grocery store called Gadi. Clean and professionally run hotel. Good AC which is key in the summer. The street is quiet and the windows are solid so you don't hear noise. I think it's run by a guy who owns a few of these around Spain but they're high quality. You check in by getting texted a code to the room and then when you get in, you have cards to open after that. You have to be sure to tap the card carefully in the right spot to open the door, but it's not a problem at all. Price was decent. We went in June.
