A wonderful hotel with a fantastic team! After a round trip, a wonderful week in this adults-only hotel. Large, luxurious rooms. Team members do everything with a smile, nothing is too much and they think along with you in solutions. For example, the Juweira beach was temporarily closed and we received an upgrade for the Premium beach section of the Rotana hotel. The gym is a bit basic, but you can use the gym in the nearby Rotana hotel. The welcome at the reception is extremely warm (with special thanks to Milad & Rasha), nothing was too much to ask. Juweira, thank you for this beautiful week!

The hotel is the nicest hotel I’ve been to and the staff were amazing especially Rasha she was so sweet and accommodating I would 100% recommend this place again to anyone who wants to visit salalah, the food was also super nice and the staff were so sweet even during breakfast

The hotel is located right at the entrance of the harbour and it offers a great view on all the harbour and its surroundings. The suite we had (303) was vast, clean and comfortable eith a fabulous view from its two terraces. The 2 restaurants and the pool bar share more or less the same menu and the food was consistantly good and made from tasty and fresh ingredients. The balinese massage you can get from the ym area is very nice. Rasha at the front desk was always helpful and Rama gave us a wonderful service in the restaurants.

We spend 5 days in this very nice hotel. Not only weather the beaches but also the excellent service on breakfast and dinner . Personal and attentive and they read all our wishes from our eyes . Specially Rima and her colleague Easin soft with full enthusiasm and satisfies all our desire👌. We defined will be happy to get back to this hotel. Find our old friends back and Rima and Manoj Raj
