I recently booked a hotel through agoda website for a family trip to Oman (Muscat and Salalah) with the assistance of one of our friend (travel consultants from London. )Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The hotel apartment was in a terrible and filthy condition, with poor customer service. The towels provided were ripped and dirty, which was unacceptable. We had booked a three-day stay but ended up leaving after two days due to the unacceptable standards. Despite this, we did not request a refund. I urge Agoda to thoroughly review my complaint and ensure that such hotels are removed from your platform to prevent others from having a similarly unpleasant experience.

Very accommodating staff Mr. Mohamed and the other guy on the photo. Hotel room is so spacious but the hotel rooms need maintenance when it comes to standard. Location is 15-20mins from the airport it’s really convenient and accessible to the mall and tourist places. It’s better to rent a car in salalah so that you can go anywhere you want.

Staying in this hotel was a really bad experience. The staff were nice but they couldn’t speak English well. The room seemed to be clean but the sheets were not changed and were dirty. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet. I dont recommend it.
