Two-storey wooden villa, kitchen-living room sofa-bed, a small bedroom with 2 beds, washing room (toilet), sauna (electric stove).
Upstairs (low ceiling) lounge, bedroom with 2 beds.
Terrace (where gas grill.) Brick-built charcoal grill in the yard. Barbeque hut.
Cable tv, 100 M internet connection.
11kW charging station for electric cars: the use must always be agreed separately with the owner and the price depends on the car: hybrid/electric car. Modern villa in a flat and bright plot.
