"This was my first stay since the hotel was renovated. I was glad that the locks were now card keys, which made it easier to open the door. However, as the guest room entrances are located away from the lobby, I think it would be safer if they installed a system where only guests could enter the elevator by touching their card keys. The items were very good, and I was pleased to see that the grade of the tea had been upgraded and was very delicious."

"The parking lot was stopped without difficulty for 4 light cars. All rooms were very clean and the bath and kitchen were easy to use. It was a very good place to stay with multiple people. It was really helpful to have a washing machine and dryer. I saved the trouble after returning. This time I was almost sleeping for another business, but I would like to use it if I have another chance. The chickens in the neighborhood are very noisy, so maybe you should have earplugs."

"It's located near a big road, so it was convenient when I had business in Chiba New Town! The free breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the smell of a new building and the white-based interior were very comfortable. The lobby was also spacious, and the overall stay was clean and comfortable. In addition, the chairs and desks were arranged in an ingenious way, so it was nice to be able to relax while watching TV. The location was also great, with very good access by car, and there was a supermarket ”Naritaya”, a convenience store, and a shopping facility ”Big Hop” nearby, so I had no trouble shopping or eating during my stay. I was also very grateful that the parking lot was free. On the other hand, I was a little bothered by the noise from the next room and the elevator, and there was hair left in the hair dryer, so I would like to see some improvement. Still, the staff was polite and I was very satisfied with the smooth check-in and check-out. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and it was a hotel I would like to use again!"

"As expected, we booked a large, comfortable family room for four. The bathroom (with a large bathtub) and toilet (separate room) were separate, a bonus! ^_^ The room even came with a massage mat, perfect for a day of traveling, like me, so I could get a massage afterward! Upon check-in, each person received a popsicle, perfect for the scorching summer heat. The tuna seafood bowl for breakfast is one of the hotel's signature dishes. They even offer ochazuke (rice in broth) for late-night snacks from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. ^_^ This level of service is unmatched by other business hotels. The hotel is also located right next to Katsutadai Station, making it convenient for Narita Airport and connecting to Tokyo Disneyland."

"The room wasn't overly spacious, but it was comfortable enough for two people and didn't feel cramped. Luggage space was quite limited, allowing a suitcase to be fully opened only in one corner. A major negative point was the constant smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. On the positive side, the location was excellent – just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with convenience stores and various vending machines nearby. It's situated in a local residential area."
