The rooms are very clean and tidy.
I like that parking is free in the multi-storey car park. You can enter and exit the car park 24 hours a day.
It is directly connected to Yukarigaoka Station (Keisei Main Line), so you can go to the hotel without getting wet even in the rain. It is also close to Narita Airport. The breakfast menu has many options that foreigners can eat, such as scrambled eggs and bacon.

It's not far from the airport, but it's a little far from the city center, so it's not that inconvenient because it's connected to the subway.

Since the training facility was far from my home, I stayed here for about a week. I stayed for several nights, but it was easy to access because it was directly connected to the station, and I could go to a shopping mall(?) next, so I could get food, buy necessities at the 100 yen shop, and buy reference books at the bookstore, so it was easy to live there overall. I stayed alone, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay.
