This Ryokan was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and very traditional. The room was equipped with an air-conditioner/heater and a kotatsu table, which is a Japanese heated table. The location it wonderful, the hotel is surrounded by resturants and bars. And the owners are the sweetest and kindest couple I've met. When we visited it was cold and rainy, and we thought we had to walk to the train station, when we asked the owner to call us a taxi, he went outside and pulled up in his personal car to drive us there! Besides the very difficult to aquire taste of natto, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything about my stay here was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this ryokan!
The hotel covers a large area, there are many rooms, and there are several free parking lots of its own, and there are many parking spaces. The annex where I live, the environment is a little worse than other places, the overall is not bad, plus breakfast 1210, a lot of food nearby, there is a rotary sushi is not bad, many people line up
We stayed in Route-Inn often and we are satisfied as usual. If you are driving it's very convenient to park your car free just beside the hotel.
My wife commented that the breakfast is not as good as before (no breads especially)

I booked a spacious Japanese-style room, but when I got there it was just a normal, small Japanese-style room. I asked the inn staff and they told me to contact Trip.com. I didn't know how to contact Trip.com, and they told me they had no room to change to, so I reluctantly stayed in the small room.
The inn itself was very nice, and the staff were polite, but I really felt bad.
I wish they'd make it possible to contact Trip.com immediately in cases like this.
It left me with a very bad taste in my mouth afterwards.
I didn't know who to contact, so I decided to write this.
It was necessary to take a tax from the tran station to the hotel. It's next to the warehouses so that's nice about the location. We used the bicycles from the hotel to see the town, which was very convenient. The room was a little outdated but clean. The Japanese breakfast was very nice. We had hoped to have dinner in the hotel, but they do not have it any more.
Hotel location is good, go to any attraction by walk, there is a dedicated parking lot near the hotel, the waiter is very careful to explain to us how to drive and use the parking lot, the hotel lobby is beautifully designed, the breakfast quality is very good, very rich, very delicious
