It was necessary to take a tax from the tran station to the hotel. It's next to the warehouses so that's nice about the location. We used the bicycles from the hotel to see the town, which was very convenient. The room was a little outdated but clean. The Japanese breakfast was very nice. We had hoped to have dinner in the hotel, but they do not have it any more.

It was so so good. I was amazed at their kindness. Both the front desk and room makers were friendly. The location is also close to Shonai Airport, so if you are on a business trip, congratulations on staying here.

Although it is far from the station, public transportation stops in the evening, and it is not close enough to take a taxi, so I walked about 20 minutes. It's not a problem if you don't have luggage, but it may be a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage. There is no convenience store between the station and the hotel. There is a supermarket that is open until 9pm very close by. The view from the high floor was very nice.

なんといってもフロント従業員の皆さんのきめ細やかな対応にちょっと驚きました。 もう酒田に滞在するときはリッチ&ガーデンに決めてます。鹿児島のお客さんが酒田におみえの際も大変気にいっていただきました。今回は酒田の水害もありメロン農家から3箱買わせていただき、フロント従業員の方が運び預けていただきました。足りないモノもわざわざ部屋迄運んでいただきました。保冷剤も冷凍していただきました。本当にありがとうございました。 また次回もよろしくお願いいたします。
