"Check-in is just a passport scan, and it seems to have been fine ~~ I stayed for two days and I don't know if I didn't eat breakfast, but it was good because it was close to the station. How did it happen? It's a huge hotel with a lot of rooms ㅎ Sound insulation is also good."

"There is only one train from Kansai International Airport to Sakai Station, so I made a reservation because of the convenience of the train and the low price of being a little far from the center. It's not too far from the station, and I was only staying for 2 nights and 3 days, and I was planning to eat out, so I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Bathtub was large, too. I was able to borrow a bicycle, so Starbucks was close and it was comfortable."

I had a hard time connecting to the Wi-Fi.

GGuest UserI really liked the hotel, new, stylish and modern. The room is clean, there are cozy pajamas. Everything is done for comfort. The view from the window is stunning. The staff is polite and friendly. Beautifully furnished lobby, you can drink tea and sit and admire the orchids. Downstairs there is an embankment where you can walk and a park nearby. Also nearby is a large shopping center with all kinds of cafes and shops, there is a station nearby. We stayed for a day to get closer to Kansai airport, and would gladly stay again. There are a couple of minuses, this is the smell of construction materials has not yet disappeared and at night you can not open the window to air out, outside the window is a port, it is noisy and the smell of diesel.

MMINTZUThe location of the hotel is very close to the station. It takes 3 minutes to walk. There is also a free breakfast. You can take a taxi to the ancient graves of the Baitong Bird. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the service staff is very enthusiastic. I will take the initiative to help if I don’t use a water heater.

The check in was faster as much as the checking out. Room is bigger then average in Japan, very clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was perfect , every day. Breakfast was great, good reason to come back on my next trip 👍👍🌷🌷🌷🌷

DDenisBThis hotel is very good for the room cost. The staff is very helpful, courteous and all is orderly. Although the room is small - this is how things are in Japan - everything in the room is well organized, everything works perfectly and the hotel is very quiet! Hairdryer (yes), mini fridge (yes), work surface (yes), work chair (yes), work lamp (yes), fast Internet (yes at 200-400 Mbps), openable windows (yes), AC (yes), shower and shampoos (yes), washer dryer on 6th floor, proximity restaurants an 2 major train lines (~12 mins to Namba).
Of all hotels I have stayed in, in my business travels, this one stuns me for perfect functioning of everything and courtesy of the people. The Japanese people are very respectful and courteous.
Slight draw back is you only get one water bottle a day... So go to 7-11 at corner and buy the large 2 liter (?) water for $0.70.
Will stay here again for sure. So much bang for the buck and such kind and respectful and helpful staff! Bravo!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in an adult hotel. It was like Liu Laolao entering the Grand View Garden. This hotel is next to Hotel Fine, which is connected and easy to get lost. There is usually no one at the front desk. There is a landline to call someone to check in. It is really nice in Sakai City, a suburb of Osaka. There is no extra charge for two people, and the price is much lower than in downtown Osaka.

BB25I made a reservation the day before to go to Kansai Airport. Check-in was smooth, there were plenty of amenities, including coffee, tea, free water in the fridge, mini snacks, and a microwave, and I was able to relax in the large bathtub, which was appreciated. There is a shopping center right next door that includes Life and 100 yen shops, so it's convenient. I was able to relax in the massage chair. If you are on foot, the Hirai Ohashi bus stop, which is just a few minutes' walk away, connects to JR Tsukuno Station.

LLuKenCute little hotel conveniently located right in front of Sakai station with all the amenities you need including a gendered public bath, self serve toiletries, washer/dryer. Rooms are small but typical for a Japanese hotel. The highlight is definitely the breakfast. This is a 3 star hotel but the breakfast is 5 stars easily. It’s a buffet of traditional Japanese breakfast dishes. You’re not going to get wagyu steak for breakfast, but every dish is extremely well prepared and tastes amazing. This is in comparison to other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at during this same trip. All in all, a wonderful stay you won’t regret booking here.

Besides the shortcomings, the room is small enough to have tatami mats, no furniture, of course, no bathroom, go to the toilet to go to the public restroom on the floor, but because the men's and women's bathrooms are on different floors, the first time I went to wash my hands, I almost saw the man going to the toilet inside, especially speechless, There is no prompt at the door such as ”only male guests” words, it is easy to accidentally see others go to the toilet, it is simply shocking. The room smells of musty, there are many beetles, and there are gaps in the door. These insects can drill around at will. They can't sleep on the tatami at night, afraid that Xiaoqiang will pass by at any time. The room is not equipped with a kettle. I can borrow one at the front desk, but I can't fill it. The water in the public toilet is not dare to cook and drink. I can rely on the convenience store downstairs to solve it.
Overall, this hotel is particularly inconvenient to stay, as if returning to the last century to eat bitter travel, so cheap to cheap, should not go live again. There are more industrial parks around, the air quality is not very good, and I often see big smoke.
The only thing that feels strange is that the bath is really modern, and the bath is very comfortable.
