The hotel is near the station and There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is bery convenient here to stay if you are traveling around Saitama Tokyo area. Very accessible. The buffet breakfast is good too. I would stay here again.

Stayed in the corner triple room. The window was large and the view was good. The public bath on the 14th floor was beautiful and slow. It was a little unfortunate that the door of the toilet bathroom in the room was a glass door, so I was a little surprised, and there was no explanation of the operation of the elevator with the card key at the reception. Having never stayed at a dorm-style capsule hotel before, I was amazed at how quiet and clean it was. The small capsule/pod had a mattress, a TV, toiletries, and even pajamas! Even though the “door” was really just a curtain, I was not disturbed by too much noise from people walking through the corridors. But then again, this was Japan, and people (even foreigners) are extremely polite, and aware of other’s personal spaces. The locker-style bathroom was huge, with about 20-30 vanity stations each with a sink, space for all your toiletries, plus a hairdryer, and all the amenities you would have in a normal hotel room. The shower and toilet stalls were sparky-clean, even though this was a common area shared by all ladies. The men’s dorm was on the second floor, with their own locker/toilet areas, so the ladies’ area was completely private and safe. The treehouse theme was also a unique twist, which was reflected in the decor, and the layout of the capsule rooms. This is a great option for travellers on a low budget. Completely safe, clean, and relatively comfortable.

Room was clean, shared bathroom was clean although another guest had been using the cubicle as a smoke room.
Room was basic but comfortable and not overly noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights to participate in live performances at Saitama Super Arena. It was very easy to move near the station.
It was quiet at night because it was a little far from the downtown area, and it was convenient because the rice shop and convenience store were just a short walk away.
The room and washbasin were clean and there was no particular problem.

I stayed for consecutive nights. It was easy to spend time there. Breakfast was served at a different time because there were so many people, but it was gone. I think it is calculated based on the number of guests, but I would like to order more curry.

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

I stayed for one night in Crayon Shin-chan's hometown. The hotel is near the east exit of Kasukabe Station. It's a quick walk out of the station. Opposite is the Kasukabe Information Station. The hotel is a hot spring chain, but we didn't go to experience it. The hotel is cleaner and more spacious than expected. However, it seems that the west exit is more lively. Overall, it is a good experience. By the way, check-out of the hotel is before ten o'clock, which is one hour earlier than other hotels. This is something you really need to pay attention to.

GGuest UserWe used it for 1 night single. Check-in is at the front desk on the 2 floor. I think it was good to have disinfectant in the elevator and can be disinfected. The room was large enough to use for one person. The air conditioner was adjustable in 0.5 degrees and was comfortable. At night, I was able to rest quietly without worrying about sounds ☆ Breakfast was a Viking form in the lobby from 6:30. There were onigiri, bread, salad, scrambled eggs, etc., and there were many miso soup ingredients and it was a good impression. I think it was good that there were many seats and each seat outlet. Check out was smooth only by returning the room key and I was happy to see it carefully.

GGuest User5月の埼玉出張の際に利用しました。電車遅延の影響でチェックインが夜0時を少し過ぎたにもかかわらず、とても親切かつ笑顔で対応いただけました。また、枕の残数が少なくて申し訳ありませんとお気遣いまでいただき、恐縮しきりでした。。。滞在中はとても静かでゆっくりと疲れをとることができました。 今回は朝の出発が早く、温泉と朝食を満喫することが叶いませんでしたが、次回は時間に余裕のある際に利用したいと思います。

It is an old type hotel, but it feels like everything you need in the building such as ice making machines is all over the place. Above all, the location is good and convenient and the price is reasonable, so I think I will enter the choice if I don't ask for the newness of the facility.
