I stayed on the live day of Saitama Super Arena. If you are a popular live, you need a reservation half a year ago. We used it for 1 night single. Check-in is at the front desk on the 2 floor. I think it was good to have disinfectant in the elevator and can be disinfected. The room was large enough to use for one person. The air conditioner was adjustable in 0.5 degrees and was comfortable. At night, I was able to rest quietly without worrying about sounds ☆ Breakfast was a Viking form in the lobby from 6:30. There were onigiri, bread, salad, scrambled eggs, etc., and there were many miso soup ingredients and it was a good impression. I think it was good that there were many seats and each seat outlet. Check out was smooth only by returning the room key and I was happy to see it carefully.

We stayed here for 2 nights to participate in live performances at Saitama Super Arena. It was very easy to move near the station.
It was quiet at night because it was a little far from the downtown area, and it was convenient because the rice shop and convenience store were just a short walk away.
The room and washbasin were clean and there was no particular problem.

This is a new, clean hotel.
The spacious lobby offers great views where you can sit and relax before or after check-out. There are free lockers on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. Since you use your room key or your own IC card as your locker key, you don't have to worry about losing your small key.
The room was spacious so I had no trouble setting up the ironing board and ironing my clothes. There are 4 coin-operated washing machines, and you can check the usage status through the TV screen in the room.
It was nice that the bathroom was separate, with the bathtub and washing area separate. There are bath salts in the facilities on the lobby floor so I use them every day.
The breakfast menu doesn't change so you might get bored if you stay a few nights. However, the number of items is still sufficient. I think it would be better if the coffee was dripped one cup at a time,

Stayed in the corner triple room. The window was large and the view was good. The public bath on the 14th floor was beautiful and slow. It is a hotel about 5 minutes walk from Omiya Station. It is an old type hotel, but it feels like everything you need in the building such as ice making machines is all over the place. 5月の埼玉出張の際に利用しました。電車遅延の影響でチェックインが夜0時を少し過ぎたにもかかわらず、とても親切かつ笑顔で対応いただけました。また、枕の残数が少なくて申し訳ありませんとお気遣いまでいただき、恐縮しきりでした。。。滞在中はとても静かでゆっくりと疲れをとることができました。 今回は朝の出発が早く、温泉と朝食を満喫することが叶いませんでしたが、次回は時間に余裕のある際に利用したいと思います。

CCandsYHaving never stayed at a dorm-style capsule hotel before, I was amazed at how quiet and clean it was. The small capsule/pod had a mattress, a TV, toiletries, and even pajamas! Even though the “door” was really just a curtain, I was not disturbed by too much noise from people walking through the corridors. But then again, this was Japan, and people (even foreigners) are extremely polite, and aware of other’s personal spaces. The locker-style bathroom was huge, with about 20-30 vanity stations each with a sink, space for all your toiletries, plus a hairdryer, and all the amenities you would have in a normal hotel room. The shower and toilet stalls were sparky-clean, even though this was a common area shared by all ladies. The men’s dorm was on the second floor, with their own locker/toilet areas, so the ladies’ area was completely private and safe. The treehouse theme was also a unique twist, which was reflected in the decor, and the layout of the capsule rooms. This is a great option for travellers on a low budget. Completely safe, clean, and relatively comfortable.
