Saitama Hotels with Swimming Pools

We booked two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bakery downstairs in the hotel. The bread and cakes are good. The caramel pudding is delicious. Hotel guests can get a 10% discount. There are also several clothing stores on the 1st floor and B1. They also sell accessories with good designs. Hotel guests have discounts, about 95% off. There are restaurants in the hotel, Japanese, Chinese and Western, and the taste is good. There is a restaurant opposite that sells eel rice, which is delicious. I recommend the thick eel omelette. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is convenient to travel. The hotel is very close to Omiya Station. It is a high-end hotel in this area. The lobby is also very grand. The room is well-arranged. The area is normal. The bathroom is actually quite large. It is very comfortable for one person to live in. It is also no problem for two people. The best thing is that you can check out at 12 o'clock, which is really nice. The price is not expensive. It is much more cost-effective than that in Tokyo.

We love Candeo Hotel, staffs are responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and have to store our luggages at the premise since we are travelling to other area and return to stay at the hotel again. Amenities including onsen is very nice and relaxing. Thank you for serving us during our stay there.

I stayed here for the first time because I had an event at Saitama Super Arena the next day, but the station and the venue were right in front of me, and it was a beautiful hotel, so I was very satisfied! I stayed alone, but I was upgraded to a larger room, and the bath was great, with enough space to stretch my legs out! The breakfast was delicious, both Japanese and Western! If I have the chance to come here again, I'd definitely like to stay here again!

This is my second stay. This time I went to several popular places in Tokyo. The subway is very convenient! And the hotel is only 5 minutes walk to Urawa Station! There are shopping malls, supermarkets and drug stores nearby.

Google doesn't say this - you should exit from east gate of Omiya station and turn left. The hotel is in a covered shopping street. I wanted to watch fireworks at Odawa Park and this hotel is 3 stations away. It has a nice decor, capsule room ceiling is high and quote spacious so I did not feel claustrophobic. I loved the wood design - very Nordic. There are plenty of bathrooms, toilets and sinks for use. There's a TV and a narrow locker in every capsule. Bedroom slippers, pyjamas, towels and a basket for you to bring your toiletries to the bathroom are provided. There are manga books and free drinks and curry rice. I did not use them. Beddings were ok. Guests were quiet when I was there so I had a very good sleep. There are many restaurants and supermarket and konbini nearby. There's a Lumine shopping mall here but they don't do tax refund. Location is fanatastic. If I had one complain, the hotel should provide the absorbent stone floor mat in the bathroom cubicle.

I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.

The hotel was fully equipped with the latest facilities, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out systems were also a little confusing as they were all so modern, but a nearby staff member explained everything to us in detail. I was happy with the homemade rice balls at breakfast, but it was disappointing that there was a limited selection compared to other hotels and there was no fruit. The amenities were all in different locations and I couldn't find the loungewear, which I only realized after I returned to my room, but I didn't feel like going back to the front desk, so I didn't use it. I wish they had at least left some loungewear in the room. Overall it was clean, modern and comfortable.

I used it because there was a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. The location was good and the amenities were available, which was very helpful. It would have been better if there was free water.
