"I used this hotel when my child was taking his university entrance exam.
The staff were very kind at breakfast and it felt like home, so I was able to prepare for the university exam in a comfortable environment, which I am very grateful for.
I would like to use this hotel again."
"There is kitchen utensils including pans and IH. You can cook everything easily. A supermarket within 5-10 walk sells a set of ingredients but food preparation is recommend if you would like gorgeous dishes. Personally, the room is the best cost performance.
Please note that the air conditioner tends to work with biased temp between the main floor and loft. To adjust the setting is necessary."

"I booked for a business trip, but it was a love hotel. laughter
It is a beautiful hotel and soundproofing is perfect. It may be a good choice for those who don't care about love hotels."
"There is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay."
"I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast."
"First time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!"
"I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the furniture was warm and comfortable, making me feel at home. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast, which tasted delicious. The attitude of the service staff was also very good, making me feel at home. Overall, I was deeply impressed by this hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family."

Outstanding
PPengmeiIt's very close to the station, and you can see the trains going by on the tracks from the window of your room.
There's a convenience store, bakery, 100-yen shop, etc. in the same building as the hotel, so it's convenient. There's a complex on the other side of the tracks, so if you're staying for a long time and suddenly need something, you can get it done right away.
The coin laundry on the 6th floor has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which was convenient to use. The washing machine was 300 yen with detergent. The dryer was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and both were paid for with 100-yen coins.
ゆゆかぽんたI stayed here after attending an event at Saitama Super Arena. It was very convenient, just one stop from the nearest station to Saitama Super Arena.
It's also about a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station, and even at around 10pm there were a lot of people around, and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was lively.
There were plenty of toilets, washrooms, and showers, so you could use them smoothly without having to wait in line.
The free curry was also very delicious.
Great value for money!!!
GGuest UserThe four-star Omiya Palace Hotel is very close to Omiya Station. There are many places to eat around it. Although the room is a bit small, it has everything and the environment is also very good. This time I came to Saitama to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice performance. The Omiya Hotel is only one subway stop away from the Super Arena, which is very convenient. I don't have to worry about not being able to get on the subway and come back because of the crowds.
LLaogonglaogongThe hotel is right at the exit of Urawa Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a convenience store and a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants. Opposite the hotel is the large shopping mall PARCO.
GGuest from PhilippinesCandeo Hotels Omiya provides top-notch accommodation for travelers visiting Japan. Its prime location close to train and bus stations ensures easy access to transportation and nearby tourist spots. With impeccable cleanliness and outstanding hospitality from the staff, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area.
여여행하고싶어2It was much more comfortable and better than I expected. If you are looking for a hotel, I recommend it if you are traveling. It is also close to the station. I would like to visit again.
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here, but it was very close to the station and the room was clean and nice! If you register as a member, you can extend your check-out time by one hour. You get a bottle of water and can use the amenities available only to members, so it's a great deal. The reception staff were very helpful and I had a great stay!
GGuest UserI used it because there was a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. The location was good and the amenities were available, which was very helpful. It would have been better if there was free water.
GGuest UserPros: The waiters are friendly. Free umbrellas are available for loan.
Disadvantage: The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted. When the weather was very hot, the waiter asked me to open the window and many mosquitoes flew into the room. The room needs to be baked. Every time you enter or leave the hotel, you have to hand the door key to the reception desk for safekeeping, which is very troublesome. The room equipment was dirty, such as the hair dryer and air conditioner, which were obviously stained.
DDesreumauxA bit expensive for what you get c can’t check in before 8PM but they can keep your luggage (good)
A bit noisy due to construction in the hotel that starts early even during weekend .
Won’t come back.
