Hotel location is great as near to plenty of shopping and foods places. Free breakfast is a plus and room is clean and comfortable, overall very satisfied with the stay at Omiya.

The surrounding facilities are complete, there is a convenience store downstairs, Ichiban Street, close to Omiya Saitama Station. The hotel provides breakfast, and the variety is sufficient! Stayed for 4 nights in a row!

Japanese hotel rooms are generally small, but they have everything. This is my first time staying here. The location is really convenient. Shopping malls, supermarkets, stations, and food streets are all nearby. The breakfast is also quite good. Check-in is fast. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the corridor of the room. Everything else is satisfactory.
If you haven't checked in yet, you can leave your luggage in the lockers in the lobby. I didn't know this before, so I spent 500 yen to leave it at the station.
