The service from the front desk staff, who are the "face of the inn," is great!
Although the variety at breakfast was limited, it was quickly replenished (no need to wait!) and they even provided miso, which was a great consideration.

さいたまスーパーアリーナにとても近く、ライブやイベント時であればとても快適だと思います。
アメニティ類は必要なものをロビーで取っていくスタイルでした。
