Hotel Trend Omiya Reviews

We stayed here several times. The reason is we like this hotel. We are so comfortable staying here. The staffs are super friendly and nice. The room is clean too.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it was clean and comfortable. The room is small, so I think it would be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom was also small but clean.

I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. It was very easy to get around as it was close to the station. It's a little far from the downtown area, so it's quiet at night, and there are restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away, so it's convenient. The room and washroom were clean and there were no issues.

I won’t go there again

It was great that it was very close to the station. However, I was surprised at how small the bed was.

It's a new hotel and it's clean. Maybe it was my fault, but I didn't see the smoking room when I made the reservation. However, I felt that I should keep the smell for now.

大宮ソニックシティでのライブで一泊の利用をしました ロケーションや部屋の大きさは良かった様に思いますが室内の清潔感(臭い、エアコン吹き出し口に埃が凄くありました エチケットboxには前の人が使用した物が残っており不快になりました スタッフの対応は良かったのでもう少し細かい気配りがあると良かったと感じました

立地条件は大宮すぐ近くで使いやすいが、夜のお店が多く、女性一人だと夜はやや不安があるかもしれません。 チェックイン等はスムーズで、部屋も清潔で使いやすかったです。

さいたまスーパーアリーナでライブがあったので利用させてもらいました。立地もよくアメニティも揃っていてとても助かりました。無料のお水があるともっとよかったです。

3人間挺大，室內環境也不錯，美中不足的是有一個被子上有血漬，且3天還是4天有一次正規清潔更換

ライブのため、一泊利用させていただきました。 バスルームが少し下水の匂いがする気がします。 一泊するには十分なホテルです。

とても清潔なお部屋でした。近くに飲食店やコンビニなど沢山有りとても便利でした。
