I stayed here on a trip with my family.
I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious, there were plenty of amenities, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
On the other hand, the paid public bath on the premises was attached to a sports gym, so I often felt it was poor compared to the hotel facilities.

The front desk lady was very kind and it was a very comfortable 2 nights and 3 days stay! The amenities were plentiful and the room was clean. I would definitely like to stay here again if I go to Saitama.

Although I reserved a Mark Twin room, I was given a Standard Twin room. The hotel insisted that it was a Standard Twin room, but trip.com handled it and it worked out.
The room was very clean. It was disappointing that there were fewer free-flowing drinks than before.
