During my recent trip to Japan, I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel located next to JR Kitatoguchi Station. It is undoubtedly an excellent choice with extremely convenient transportation. Whether I plan to travel to the busy city center of Tokyo or explore the tranquil city of Saitama, this hotel's location makes my travels extremely convenient. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the hospitality of the staff. The hotel's rooms are designed with both modernity and comfort in mind, providing an ideal space to relax and unwind. The transport links near the hotel are impressive. JR Kitatoguchi Station is just a short walk away and I could easily take the train to the main attractions in Tokyo and Saitama. The hotel is near the station and There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is bery convenient here to stay if you are traveling around Saitama Tokyo area. Very accessible. The buffet breakfast is good too. I would stay here again.

Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean, shared bathroom was clean although another guest had been using the cubicle as a smoke room. Room was basic but comfortable and not overly noisy. Communual bath was clean, large and relaxing. Location is very close to the station, however it is sitwd within the adult area.

This is a new, clean hotel. The spacious lobby offers great views where you can sit and relax before or after check-out. There are free lockers on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. Since you use your room key or your own IC card as your locker key, you don't have to worry about losing your small key. The room was spacious so I had no trouble setting up the ironing board and ironing my clothes. There are 4 coin-operated washing machines, and you can check the usage status through the TV screen in the room. It was nice that the bathroom was separate, with the bathtub and washing area separate. There are bath salts in the facilities on the lobby floor so I use them every day. The breakfast menu doesn't change so you might get bored if you stay a few nights. However, the number of items is still sufficient. I think it would be better if the coffee was dripped one cup at a time,

Having never stayed at a dorm-style capsule hotel before, I was amazed at how quiet and clean it was. The small capsule/pod had a mattress, a TV, toiletries, and even pajamas! Even though the “door” was really just a curtain, I was not disturbed by too much noise from people walking through the corridors. But then again, this was Japan, and people (even foreigners) are extremely polite, and aware of other’s personal spaces. The locker-style bathroom was huge, with about 20-30 vanity stations each with a sink, space for all your toiletries, plus a hairdryer, and all the amenities you would have in a normal hotel room. The shower and toilet stalls were sparky-clean, even though this was a common area shared by all ladies. The men’s dorm was on the second floor, with their own locker/toilet areas, so the ladies’ area was completely private and safe. The treehouse theme was also a unique twist, which was reflected in the decor, and the layout of the capsule rooms. This is a great option for travellers on a low budget. Completely safe, clean, and relatively comfortable.

Stayed in the corner triple room. The window was large and the view was good. The public bath on the 14th floor was beautiful and slow. It was a little unfortunate that the door of the toilet bathroom in the room was a glass door, so I was a little surprised, and there was no explanation of the operation of the elevator with the card key at the reception. I think it is a hotel that can stay comfortably.

I was glad that the staff was kind and helpful. And the room was clean and clean and comfortable in a hotel. The nearest station is also very close and I wanted to use it again.

We stayed here for 2 nights to participate in live performances at Saitama Super Arena. It was very easy to move near the station. It was quiet at night because it was a little far from the downtown area, and it was convenient because the rice shop and convenience store were just a short walk away. The room and washbasin were clean and there was no particular problem.

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。
