Kensington Hotel Saipan

The hotel environment is very good, there are more Korean tourists, but a little distance from the city center, taxi 10 dollars to start. The waiter here has a very bad attitude towards the Chinese. Because we are on the early morning flight, we have no meals for a day of accommodation, but the breakfast on the day is available in the book. The waiter took our room card and waited for us to go to the waiter to get the room card after breakfast. Asked to pay for breakfast again, we told the waiter that even if there was no room to renew, there was breakfast today, let him check with the lobby, he looked at us white, sighed, and said Asi in his mouth? He didn't check when we were eating. He had to let us check after dinner and then do it. When he verified it, he gave us the room card. He didn't say a word of sorry. He should still have higher authority than the waiter. We can't speak the language and can't argue with him, but this hotel is relatively the best here. Why can a service industry person have such an attitude? Very poor experience. It is recommended to live in the crown. There are many Chinese people. I have encountered several projects together. It is still in the city center. The nearby hotel duty-free shops are just a short walk away. When I play, I go to the crown to go to the toilet. The paper is thicker than Kensington.

Upon pulling up to the exterior of the hotel, it didn't look like much -- honestly a little worn and beat looking, but upon entering we were blown away! The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.
