No o e knew about my booking. Dirty mirrors, used amenities/toiletries, smelled musty, no lights in the hallways. Back door to the hotel open so anyone had access to all floors. Wifi did not work. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I stayed in a single bed and a double bed. Saipan is not very big. The hotel is located in the center of Saipan. There are hotels, duty-free shops, supermarkets and the seaside nearby. There is no elevator in the hotel, but it is okay to go from the first floor to the second floor when picking up luggage. The hotel is only about 80% close to the surrounding shops, including duty-free shops, and it only takes about ten minutes to choose from. There is a Chinese restaurant right outside the hotel, both of which are very close. Going to the beach is just across from the Holiday Inn. It only takes less than ten minutes to walk there. It's very close. You can contact the hotel for airport pick-up. The boss, waiters and managers are very kind. The hotel environment is generally okay. After all, Saipan is not as modern as Guam, and the facilities are definitely not that new. The room I stayed in was very large, and the shower water was very good, and there was hot water. I have been to Saipan many times on my own. This time I came to travel around the island by car and rented a car. Like the previous times, I rented a car from the same company. The prices are cheap and there are various models from cheap to expensive. This is The owner’s WeChat account: Saiban-Jingjing. The owner of the car dealership is very nice and provides a map of Saipan every time. The car dealership owner can also be responsible for picking up and dropping off from the airport. The hotel owner will not recommend you where to go. If you are traveling independently, you can contact the owner of the car dealership. He can not only rent a car, but also help contact you to visit Battleship Island and Tinian Island. In short, the people are very nice.

The faucets are all rusty, and there is no elevator so you have to move it yourself. Apart from the attitude being okay, it can really only be used as a transition, but the price is really cheap.

Great location, cleaner than expected given other reviews, cute lobby. Hard beds, parking an issue when busy

The staff is very friendly. The biggest complaint I have is the insufficient water pressure. One other thing of discrepency I found was a pile of dirt behind the couch.
