酒店的房間很差，整晚房間衣櫃的燈都是亮的，無法入睡，枕頭很高，很不舒服，前台員工態度很差，泳池水很臟。我在前一天晚上問了前台，退房最晚時間是什麼時候，前台回答給我，最晚是下午2點，可是我退房2點來退房的時候，收取我57.5美金，讓人很生氣，前台互相推卸責任，經理不出來處理，也見不到經理。前台那個叫ELAINE DEMEI的員工態度很差。前一晚是個叫Intern Cindy的女孩告訴我們可以最晚下午2點退房。經理Faimon一直不在不處理。

축소 된거 알고 갔지만 수영장이랑 식당인줄 알았는데 인원 축소다 보니 청소 자체가 안되서 너무 지저분 합니다. 여기저기 곰팡이에... 청소도 이틀에 한번인데 몇번을 요청해야 되는지. 깔끔하신분은 절대 비추입니다.

塞班整體酒店就真的非常一般，前幾天住肯辛頓差不多就是國內三星的標準吧。換到pic我一整個傻了，房間怎麼説呢，招待所既視感，而且酒店三棟樓都不面海，可能住得近點的伸頭出去能側面看到一點～有幾個水上項目，除了長的滑梯，適合低年齡段的小朋友玩玩可以。沙灘一言難盡，好多玻璃渣，下不了腳。淺灘的條件也衹能玩點小帆船，因為水面之下就真的，很不好看，甚至有點噁心，水質是清澈的，但是水底很多雜草感覺很臟。
工作人員很熱情，晚餐後我們還碰到演藝廳的活動，又唱又跳孩子們很是喜歡。
餐食一般般，有一天預約了水上樂園那邊餐廳的套餐，上菜很慢，分量對於我們家差不多五分飽，哈哈哈哈哈哈。
度假的話不太推薦這邊哈，除了水上樂園稍微能吸引孩子，房間沙灘真的都不行，國內隨便哪裡的水上樂園不比這邊好呢～

서비스 좋아요. 한국인 직원들이 많아서 편하기도 하고 체크인 전후로 짐보관, 샌딩 택시 예약도 도와주고 모두 친절했어요.
다만 샌딩 택시요금을 호텔에서 안내 받은 금액이랑 택시 기사님께 지불한 금액이 두배 정도 차이나서 이상했는데 확인을 못하고 왔네요.
조식은 맛있는편이지만 매일 메뉴가 바뀌니 복불복.
시설 노후화로 룸 컨디션, 베드 시트 같은 부분은 아쉬웠어요.
다양한 액티비티, 물놀이 하러 가기에 좋은 숙소에요

워낙 유명한 리조트라 생각하는 그대로 너무나 만족스런 시설이였고 무엇보다 가족들끼리 여행갈 때 아이가 놀거리가 너무나 많고 잘 되어있고 이벤트도 많이 하는듯.
식당에서 먹을 음식도 많고 조식도 매일 조금씩 달라져서 몇일 지내도 식사의 어려움은 없었습니다.
