The staff is very nice and helpful, sea view very good! They have airport pick up service and not headache of the transportation from airport to hotel/ hotel to airport!

The stay was very satisfactory, so I added another day. If I come to Saipan next time, I will probably stay at this hotel instead of moving around.

Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator.

Relaxing and so nice here! The weather is so nice and clear! It's a really nice place to come for summer vacation. It's similar to Sofitel in the Philippines, but it's better because you can see the sea right in front of you!

The worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none! 1. The hotel front desk is very unfriendly to Chinese individual travelers! They blatantly blocked the check-in process and kept asking you to wait. We waited for more than half an hour! There are so many Koreans outside who have just arrived and jumped in line! 2. The hotel booked for three people cost more than 500 per night, but there was no extra bed! The room is filled with supplies for two people every day! The phone call only added an extra day, and the next day we still had supplies for two people! So what did I get for the 500 yuan? ? ? 3. There are no floor mats and towels in the bathroom, so I have to call and ask for them every day, and I take them all! 4. The strong wind blew the swimsuit to the downstairs platform to dry, and we were told that they would help pick it up the next day. However, there was no news at 11 o'clock the next day, and we had to go to the front desk to urge it before we got it back! 5. I don’t agree with late check-out for an hour on the last day! The hotel is not full! The occupancy rate is only 40%, I am speechless! 6. The hotel facilities are very poor. The rooms are not as good as Atour. They only have simple bath soap and shampoo. Don’t ask for extravagant bath salts. The toothbrushes are cheap and lint-free! The hotel doesn’t even have a bathrobe, paper or pen. Is this a five-star hotel? 7. The toilet water valve keeps dripping.

The location was good, the facilities were good, and the staff was friendly. It would be better if there were a little more types of breakfast.

The overall environment and service are quite old

The staff are so kind and the ocean view is awesome. Above all, the garden itself in the resort is so pretty (the pond looked like a heart) 100% willing to revisit
