Excellent location near the American memorial park, micro beach and the bulk of the good restaurants, cafes and car rental places. Very good value compared to the other options.
Basic room, but comfy bed, hot shower and free hot and cold drinking water.
Had a lovely week staying here in Saipan.

As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. There's a common area with a fridge, TV, and water cooler—a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again. It was a great location and very safe.

There is a condo in front of the guest house and some residents play music with a huge speaker at midnight.

출국 전 휴식을 위해 숙박했습니다. 첫날에도 숙박했는데 좀 더 좋은 방으로 옮겨주셨어요. 부족한 어메니티는 요청을 하니 바로 준비해주셨고, 빨래를 널고 싶다고 하니 적당한 위치도 알려주셨어요.
그리고 문 앞에 상주하는 고양이 두마리가 귀여웠어요😆
