The Hyatt in Saipan was the perfect spot for an island getaway. The hotel it self is very beautiful with spacious and colorful rooms and lovely gardens and outdoor lounging areas and pool. The staff made it extra special with their kindness and genuine care. I was really impressed and want to go back again soon!

The room was very clean. We went with a whole family. We stayed in rooms from the largest room to the twin room. It was very close to the duty-free shop, the beach, the supermarket, and the dining area. You can basically walk there. There was also a Chinese receptionist named Mini. If you need a car, you can go directly to her. It was very convenient. The price was the same as taking a taxi in Beijing. It was good.

The place was impeccably clean, Chris and the rest of the staff helpful and very cordial. The rooms are spacious and with an incredible view. Honestly a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. I highly recommend it. Friends and I came to Saipan to dive and enjoy the nature of the island and we were highly impressed with this beautiful place.

But to be fair, compared to the two hotels, Qingquan's buffet breakfast and seafood buffet are really good! Poor impression of Qingquan may also stem from the experience of losing a wallet. Check-in at the front desk around 1am on the 29th, woke up at 10am or more to find a wallet for a tip, no wallet could be found everywhere. Suddenly remembered that I forgot to be at the front desk after checking in. Quickly went to the front desk and communicated with the duty staff and manager. This is one of the reasons I am disappointed with this hotel. Next time I come to Saipan, I should not consider Qingquan again.
