The third is that the shower head of the suction cup is rusty, the peeling is serious, and there is no hair dryer. Although the residence is called hotel, it must be remembered that the domestic guest house is different. There is no 24-hour service. Only normal working hours are strictly a family reception point. The room was very clean. We went with a whole family. We stayed in rooms from the largest room to the twin room. Upon pulling up to the exterior of the hotel, it didn't look like much -- honestly a little worn and beat looking, but upon entering we were blown away! The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.

During the four nights we did not swim or play in the sea, we used this as our base and rented a car to stroll around the north. Laura Beach, not far from the hotel, is amazing. Yesterday I switched to Hyatt. There is no harm without comparison. Fortunately, I chose Hyatt. But to be fair, compared to the two hotels, Qingquan's buffet breakfast and seafood buffet are really good! Poor impression of Qingquan may also stem from the experience of losing a wallet. Check-in at the front desk around 1am on the 29th, woke up at 10am or more to find a wallet for a tip, no wallet could be found everywhere. Suddenly remembered that I forgot to be at the front desk after checking in. Quickly went to the front desk and communicated with the duty staff and manager. However, due to the malfunction of the hotel monitoring system, the evidence could not be consulted. The manager promised to inquire about the night shift staff when they arrived at work that night. Why can a service industry person have such an attitude? Very poor experience. It is recommended to live in the crown. There are many Chinese people. I have encountered several projects together. It is still in the city center. The nearby hotel duty-free shops are just a short walk away. When I play, I go to the crown to go to the toilet. The paper is thicker than Kensington.
