We visited this hotel as a family at the end of July 2024. We hesitated for a long time whether to choose it, because for the same money we could have gone for a week in Dubai! Yes, for the same money we could go to Dubai! Was it really worth it? The hotel has an excellent location - on the first line right on the beach. Exceptional cleanliness in the hotel and on the beach! The staff is at an extremely high level - well trained, very kind and responsive! Truly exceptional staff! The rooms are comfortable and clean. It was surprising that with a paid all-inclusive at such a high price, the mini-bar in the room is paid, when almost everywhere in Turkey it is free. But there are other rules in this Bulgarian hotel. The spa is new and at a very high level! The only drawback is that small children are allowed there, which is NOT ALLOWED in elite hotels around the world! This surprised us very unpleasantly, especially since there were children in diapers in the jacuzzi! UNACCEPTABLE!!! In elite hotels, persons under 16 should not be allowed in the spa! The food was varied, but far from the variety in 5 star hotels in Turkey at the same price! Seafood is hardly served, except on Friday night when there was also sushi. Last year we were in a great hotel in Antalya - sushi, mussels, squid and shrimp were served twice every day! At the Palace, there was fish at every meal to make up for this lack to some extent. The hotel is perfect for a family vacation - all your whims will be satisfied! In the lobby there is a place for games - chess, cards and backgammon. All inclusive is at a high level! The hotel is lovely but still - wouldn't you want to go to Dubai for that money?

An excellent hotel to spend your holiday right on the beach. Nature surrounds the hotel with its pure air - on one side of the hotel, with the forest and on the other side, with the sea. Very good and fresh food, kind and professional staff, evenings with live music are a delight. Do not forget to test the SPA menu! You will be pleasantly surprised. I will come back here as often as I can. I really "charged my batteries":) By the way, they also have two charging stations for the electric cars:)

On the plus side: • Very nice beach. • The food at the buffet-style meals was plentiful and varied. • Nice rooms with beautiful views. • Good water pressure in the showers. On the minus side: • On arrival , we were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom. • With some exceptions, the staff was unfriendly and rude. • Very poor internet service. • In most hotels the hot water comes right away. Here, we had to wait five minutes for the water to get hot, and it wasn’t very hot even then. • Except for specified mealtimes, there is no food in the hotel. • There were buckets on the floor in the main lobby, catching water dripping from the ceiling. • The food at the buffet-style meals was mediocre. • Paint is peeling from the ceiling of the dining room. The vibe is a hotel that was once grand but has been neglected. Maybe the owners are trying to squeeze as much cash as possible from the property for the time being, planning a major renovation in the future. We wouldn’t stay here again.

It is my fith or sixth time in this dream like hotel-resort. I met many guests who are here for the 15 or 20th time so it speaks for itself/ For me after visiting 120 countries all over the World this is an optimal place for a yearly holiday and I take them normally off season. The hotel looksssss like a 5 star hotel cleane and nicely taken car. it is 5/5 in what relates for value for money- the food is great always fresh and good choice. Last time it ws even Gourmet quality and this time it is great. The Spa, the amazing staff, the locationnnnnnnnn so unique combining both the air, forest and mineral thermal water are a dream. I will certainly return duvijdene thanks vielen dank

The service is terrible for a 5 star hotel. Only the maids were doing their jobs, although no matter what they did, the stench wafting from the bathroom pipes couldn't help but wake us up in the morning :X The air conditioners in all the rooms are set to work equally weakly and when a person walks down the corridor, he sees how people have opened their room doors because they are dying from the heat inside.. and this is a 5-star hotel! Paying BGN 500 (EUR 250) per night, we were accommodated in a room overlooking the park, where every morning at 06:30-07:00 they were sweeping the street in front of the hotel with some kind of machine that woke us up in the early hours of the morning, even though we had been assured by the reservations department that rooms with a park view are quieter than those with a sea view. The TV in the room restarted every 10 minutes by itself and the fan in the bathroom didn't work (when we asked the reception about this, we were 'reassured' that the fans in the bathrooms in the whole hotel didn't work, it wasn't just our room :@). After 3 nights in this terrible room, we moved to another one with a sea view. For this room we paid BGN 550 (EUR 275) per night and our last night at the hotel we couldn't sleep at all because there was some noise from the pipes in the bathroom - every 7-8 minutes there was a terrible banging in the the pipes from the room next to us. When we called reception to report this they didn't even bother to come to the room to check what was going on and we had to call them further and go down to the reception several times to inform us that there was nothing they could do and they didn't even offer to move us to another room.. the next day when we talked to the manager, he said that he could compensate us by treating us to 2 pizzas... and so, for a sleepless night that costs 550 BGN, they compensated us with 2 pizzas for 30 BGN... : And this is the first hotel we've stayed at where we had to pay for our nights in advance so they could be sure that whatever happens they've got their money.. otherwise they'd have a lot of denied payments for such cases like ours, but they know this very well.. No matter how much we talk, we still have a lot to learn from our southern neighbors in terms of hospitality and kindness, so our tourism will still be at the same dying level : In short - we would not set foot a second time in this badly-renovated hotel, which does not even deserve 3 stars.

Did 5 star all inclusive with family. Very polite and friendly staff except the man on the outdoor pool bar who could do with going on a customer care course. Food was excellent - so much choice and veryhigh quality. Spa, indoor and outdoor pool were great, plus beach on the doorstep with towels provided for beach and spa - fabulous holiday.

When a hotel has 5 stars, you, reasonably, assume that you'll, not only get the services of a 5 star rating, but the quality of those services too.  This hotel has good points and disappointing points, which for the higher than average price tag, is questionable, as to whether it's good value. The reception staff were polite, but, as was the case, over most of the hotel areas, staff rarely smiled and presented a sullen appearance.   In fact, the happiest, were the room maintenance staff. The reception and bar area is large and - as it should be for a five star hotel - opulent.  The area is spotlessly clean and looks inviting and is relaxing, with a beach and sea view. It also has a cosy TV area, sunken into the middle, which has plenty of sofa seating in a semi circle around the TV.  Adjacent to the bar, is a pool table, a number of chess tables and two football tables. There are also shelves with a number of books, in a reading area. Between the reception area and restaurant, there are public toilets, which were very clean and hygienic.  There are outdoor, terraced seating areas, both for the restaurant and bar. The lifts (two) to the rooms and the corridors on each floor are reminiscent of the film "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson - the sound of the wind, the clicking sound in the lift, the wood panelling in the lifts, the lights in the corridor, the silhouette of a single person at the end - creepy for some of those that have seen the 70's movie. The pictures that sell this hotel, are clearly from the better days  and at £119 per night (including 10% discount we received) we really feel the negative points spoil the stay and make it not worth the money.  The rooms, corridors and restaurant are very dated and the hotel has implemented many cut backs, which affect service standards, quality of food and appearance and functionality of bedrooms. Poor management, poor leadership and sullen staff add to the negative side. Our room was on the fifth (top floor) of this Soviet built hotel, which is devoted to "Deluxe Rooms" that afford extra space (granted, the room was big) and a, albeit, slightly higher view of the beach coastline and sea. The room is dated, with a mixture of colouring - white stone beige and cream, none of which really match - clearly not much thought went into decorating our room and it looks somewhat bland and amateur.  Same with the furnishings - total mismatch between the sofa and arm chairs, which are autumn brown to the the "dusty pastel blackberry" curtains and stone beige carpet. For such a large room and it's price tag the TV size is inadequate, stuck on a 1970's style TV stand, with mock plastic speakers and too far away from the bed to watch. The bathroom isn't great either... There is a bath - nothing 5 star, just a narrowish bath.  There is no grab handle on the wall, to stop yourself slipping. The shower curtain has been cut in half with scissors and, presumably, the other half used in another room.  The ext
