We arrived at 11pm, after a long drive, with our four children and were greeted by a drunk employee who failed to print out our reservation. For more than 35 minutes, the employee made us repeat the number of people we were and the number of rooms we needed (we were in front of him with our suitcases, this proves how drunk the employee was, we We were 6 and we needed two 3-seater rooms). To be able to have our rooms before midnight, we finally agreed to pay two incorrect bills. We even paid more lunches than the number of people we were (4 more lunches, it must be said that the employee must have been really drunk to see 10 people when we were 6!) The next day we reported to the welcome our indignation. We were reimbursed for lunches that we had wrongly paid for but no commercial gesture was made. One of our children cried that evening because he was so afraid that we would not find an agreement with the receptionist. I strongly advise against this type of accommodation which is not at all interesting in the end. Under a slightly lower price the quality of service and customer care is truly poor. Quality/price, Formula 1 is to be avoided!
