Stars are given on the basis of what a hotel offers their guests. Such as bathrobes, slippers and other amenities. The star givers do not necessarily judge friendliness or cleanliness. That is exactly what is missing in the overall review of this establishment. Although the leading lady was very kind, the grumpy old man wasn't very welcoming. The room was dirty, all sorts of filth under the bed. Long hairs in the shower. It was almost impossible to enter the tiny toiletroom. At breakfast everything you touched was sticky and dirty. Buttered knives, old cheese. syrupy lids and tacky plates. The coffee was old, thick and lukewarm. An experience too expensive for what they pretend to be.

The owners are excellent hosts and very accommodating. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. It is an excellent value for the price. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

It’s nice villa but needs a lot of maintenance and work , services ,internet and some gadgets. Pool was very good , convenient location to the city and beach .

Too much noise, between the road and the paper walls, feeling like sleeping in the room with the neighbors, not easy to rest. The people at the reception are very pleasant but that is not enough to have a pleasant stay.

Really very nice establishment but which needs to be renovated to claim to receive customers at this price (luggage elevator, pool furniture, roller shutter, TV, furniture in the rooms, toilet, bathroom ....etc) all this is a real shame because the setting and the welcome are very good (at least for the sea view suite)
