We stayed in a very nice large room with a balcony facing the ocean and a bathtub in the middle of the huge bathroom. The staff were super friendly. There were two nice pools and a spa. The restaurant had good food and happy hour at the sunset with a great view over the ocean and the Diamond rock. The nearest beach was not the best, but there are many great beaches not so far away if you have a car. Do not miss to visit the local rum distillery! In conclusion we had a great stay!

I would hardly call this a resort. Very little to do, difficult to communicate with (would not even consider it if you don’t know French) and far from anything fun or interesting. Asked for help only to be walked away because staff don’t have any English. May be fun if you are fluent in French. It was one of my most stressful vacation areas. One restaurant on site with same boring menu for lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean. Small beds. It all would have been fine but they appear to not have any interest if you don’t speak French.

I have to admit the standard on Martinique is garbage, food is crap, hotel lobby is alive with cockroaches running around, pool is not clean, surface is full of an oily substance. The restaurant is only open at rare hours, drinks is 10 euros haha. I have no idea how this hotel has 4,5 stars in Google, makes no sense. Very expensive room as well. The only good thing is the room is okay. But everything is old fashioned. And the biggest issue, why can’t you Frenchmen talk English. None of them understand anything you say, and they just respond in French. They claim they have wifi. Trust me, they don’t. It hasn’t worked for one second since we been here, and you can’t even use your 4G because it don’t work out here haha. Just terrible.

Tout est très bien!!! Calme Une équipe très sympathique et professionnelle!!! Spéciale dédicace à l’équipe du bar/ restaurant. Quant au Spa!!!! Géniales!!! Je recommande et y reviendrai. Merci à tout le personnel! Un bel endroit pour se reposer et déconnecter avec belle vue sur la mer….. Et le bruit des vagues pour s’endormir…. Rien de mieux!!!

J'ai connu cet hôtel en sept dernier lors d'un séminaire professionnel c'était top (déjeuner, accueil et service). Je suis revenue cette fois-ci avec mon conjoint, ça a été un vrai catastrophe! Le petit-déjeuner minimaliste (mini croissants de carrefour, charcuterie pas fraîches, très peu de fruit, 1h d'attente pour avoir des œufs au plat) pour 18€/pers. Une chambre vue sur mer qui mériterait des travaux (voir photos), une climatisation et WiFi trop lents au démarrage. Seules vos 2 masseuses ont rattrapé le tir lors de leur prestation. Sinon hôtel et restaurant à éviter mais vraiment ! Vous depenserez pour rien votre argent! Une arnaque hélas.
