On arrival at 4.30 pm the door to the hotel/restaurant was locked. I phoned a number on the door but there was no reply. I eventually found an envelope with my name on, on a counter, across the road, at the Hotel's conference centre. It contained the room key. The room was pleasant the bed very comfortable. When I went to dinner at 7.00pm (in the Hotel/Restaurant across the road) I informed them I arrived at 4.30 to a locked door. The receptionist just shrugged. I was asked whether I wanted to eat in the "outdoor" restaurant that had a canopy or at a table inside (with air conditioning). I chose to eat inside but was later told all meals would be served in the canopied part of the restaurant. The food was ok but a lot of guests were smoking at their tables which lessened the experience.

We had a room with a sunny balcony, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts every morning were excellent. The bath had neither a plug or a shower curtain, the only option was to knell and use the hand shower. We were disappointed to be told that the restaurant was closed Sunday evening and all day Monday, none of the other local restaurants were open.

Un hôtel de famille dans une petite bourgade au calme avec une repas généreux et sur une jolie terrasse Salle Petit dej et salle de restaurant très bien décorées avec soin Léger bémol un peu plus de choix au pdj serait bien (œuf bacon jus de pommes … ) mais c’est mon avis et j’étais pressé !

Chambre standard à 71euros la nuitée. Insonorisation inexistante, salle d'eau en mauvais état moisissures sur les murs ( voir photos sur d'autres avis) . Cela ne donne pas envie de se doucher. Il y a vraiment besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Je n'y reviendrai plus et je le déconseille. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher 13euros.

Très bonne table mais chambre à rénover...nous avons passé une magnifique soirée et repas incroyable !!! Merci au cuisinier, c'était vraiment top ! Belle carte des vins, à prix raisonnable. Bref, la table est à recommander. Par contre il faudrait refaire les chambres, et spécialement les salles de bain. Pas de rideau de douche, tout est très vétuste. Cela va pour une soirée étape, mais surtout le restaurant est à recommander !!!

Chambre très vieillotte. Salle de bain à refaire entièrement. Propreté plus que discutable Insonorisation inexistante Bref c'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est, une vraie déception pour un deux étoiles Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement

Facile d'accès. Accueil au top. Restauration extra. Chambres très belles avec salle d'eau exceptionnelle. Gros souci avec la serrurerie des portes extérieures. Joli village des Dombes proche du parc aux oiseaux de Villars Les Dombes. Très calme.

Nous avons atterrit dans cet hôtel car une de nos amies célébrait son mariage dans les environs. Expérience malheureuse ! On a commencé par nous attribuer une chambre miteuse de l'autre côté de la rue. Retour à la réception, protestations, on nous donne une autre chambre dans la partie soi disant « classe » de l’hôtel. Chambre acceptable mais vétuste et vieillotte, mobilier fatigué, prises de courant inaccessibles car sous le lit. Une autre prise dédiée à la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas et était à moitié arrachée du mur. Salle bain sans rideau ni paroi de douche, donc inondée après utilisation. Heureusement, le matelas était confortable et la tv était neuve ( bien que nous ne l’ayons pas regardée). Franchement, la prestation n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix. A éviter… si vous pouvez.
