La struttura è ben organizzata e l'hotel è veramente bello. I servizi sono stati eccellenti e la qualità del cibo è indiscutibile. Colazione abbondante e variegata con prodotti freschi. La spa è da provare assolutamente. Ci siamo trovati bene. Torneremo sicuramente.

The hotel is very nice, very elegant, the spa area is really beautiful, but the service is really not good, The stuff is very arrogant, and the weather is fine, but we got no seats for the Sun chair, I just no service on the terrace in front of the hotel, The ladies in the wellness center are great And the massages are the best I ever had

Uno spettacolo si presenta alla vista una volta arrivati , aria fresca le montagne a pochi passi e una vista mozzafiato dal ristorante; i servizi al meglio sia durante il pranzo che durante la cena , personale disponibile e camere super confortevoli ; abbiamo provato la spa e ci siamo rilassati parecchio e la sera siamo stati al casinò , anche lì simpatici e molto disponibili

Hotel superiore a tutti. Non si può dire il contrario. Ha il suo buon prezzo ma per una location cosi non si può dire nulla. Personale molto gentili e ti assecondando per tutto Sicuramente ci ritornerò perché ne vale davvero la pena. Veramente bello

Sin dal lontano 1995 ho soggiornato al Grand Hotel Billia. Da qualche anno l'hotel si è rinnovato e diviso con il nuovo Parc Hotel Billia. Dopo un assenza di circa 15 anni ,ho soggiornato in quest'ultimo, volendolo provare. Ha in comune gli stessi servizi e stessa entrata del Grand Hotel. Forse con il restyling ha perso un po' del suo fascino, rimanendo sempre un albergo molto prestigioso. Ottima colazione, ottima spa, bellissimo solarium con grande piscina esterna, e piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio, massima pulizia e tanto altro... Però devo fare delle osservazioni non molto positive su un paio di dipendenti della reception, dove raramente salutavano al nostro ingresso o uscita, a volte seccati alla richiesta di informazioni. Ho notato una certa differenza di comportamento a secondo dell'ospite. Più gentili con gli ospiti del Grand Hotel, meno con quelli del Parc Hotel. Vorrei spiegare a codesti dipendenti, che quando soggiornavo al Grand Hotel, dove sicuramente ci ritornerò, loro erano dei bambini, o non erano ancora nati, e sicuramente non sono a conoscenza dei vecchi "clienti carta d'oro" quale sono stato. Siamo stati in questo hotel per un weekend e credo che questa struttura abbia tanto potenziale ma venga sfruttato poco. La camera è elegante e spaziosa ma, ahimè, non degna della pulizia che un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere (anche il bagno - la doccia - andrebbe pulito meglio). Lo staff cordiale e disponibile, tutti molto giovani. La colazione buona, ho trovato anche brioche vegane. La piscina esterna è “un furto”: se si vuole prenotare ombrellone e due lettini, sono 50€ al giorno, prezzo decisamente alto visto che apre alle 10.00 (quindi metà mattina è già persa). È la prima volta che mi capita di dover pagare una piscina all’interno di una struttura. Anche il bar decisamente caro, un toast 16€ mi sembra esagerato. Non abbiamo utilizzato la Spa e nemmeno il Ristorante, poiché abbiamo preferito cenare fuori. È sicuramente un bel posto, immerso nella natura e dove si sta bene: peccato solo che l’elevato costo di alcuni servizi non ne rispecchi poi la qualità.

Rifiutate la 314, non utilizzate bagno turco Camera 314 capello su cuscino in bagno ragnatella e Formiche , quando nella camera al.piano sopra aprono la doccia ol rumore è talmente forte come di riempimento di una vasca, probabilmente lo scarico passa nel muro di "carta" Bagno turco muffa nel soffitto
