Poorly maintained property, everything is dated. Furniture appliances everything is old and the neighborhood is rather sketchy. I would not recommend!

Hotel staff friendly. Room was clean but bathroom needs deep cleaned. Building dated but suitable for 1 night stay. Daughters enjoyed the pool.

We were pleased with the price for the location and basic, but nice, rooms. We enjoyed shopping in Charlotte Amalie while waiting for the 4:30 check-in. In comparing other hotel prices - this hotel was a very good option in St Thomas.

They make you to wait until after 4 pm to give you the rooms, the lady at the front desk isn’t that friendly and the bed smells like isn’t clean

The property on a whole was good. However the customer service from the staff was not good and i did not that it did not have breakfast on Monday and Tuesday

The rooms need a major upgrade. The air was heavy and musky like mole was present in the air system. The bathroom sink was leaking and the light switch was busted. Overall they need to overhaul the rooms.
On the plus side the view of the seaside was awesome and the beds were comfortable.

I’d really like a full refund! We got there on Thursday and didn’t get room service until Sunday evening, a day before checkout. We had no air in the room, leaking sink that got our clothes wet, and a bed that was detached from the wall. It took 4 attempts at the front desk to get the leak fixed and the room cleaned. We still had to suffer in that hot room with no offer to change our room. I will never stay here again.
