We found the building inside and the flat VERY dirty. Bedding dirty, sheets dirty, flat dirty, corridors dirty, broken bath unit, no hot water, not enough hooks for ski clothes/towels and dish cloths. Beds not comfortable No care at all and very poor service from Odalys. Shocking that people accept this poor level. It is really sad as the location is great. I did not get value for money and would not recommend to go there

Good size apartment well equipped. Very small and sunless balcony without furniture. Exercise equipment badly maintained (treadmill and bike unusable). Perfect for ski in out. Nice restaurant in the building.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Perfect location directly at the ski slope, cozy apartment and excellent food in the hotel's restaurant. There is a swimming pool and sauna available for the guests. Pets are welcomed.

Nice apartment next to ski slopes with easy access and possibilities for families going on ski vacation. The accommodation is well equipped and really quiet. we stayed at the apartment for 10 persons with 8. That is perfect.

This was our first stay at Odalys... It is cheap but as always, you get what you pay for. Our apartment for 6 (we were only 4) felt regularly claustrophobic. The hotel room we booked in Austria for 4 for our skiing holidays had more square meters that this apartment for 6. The skiing domain is also pretty outdated from an infrastructure point of view. A lot of old very slow ski lifts. Also the variety of Les Sybelles was a bit of a bummer. We enjoyed our stay as we were multiple families in the same Odalys building. Will we come again? I doubt it...

Baby kit not great because dirty and torn high chair but very good accommodation. Nice location. Swimming pool in the residence at the top. Awesome bedding. Lack of storage for clothes and food. To redo

The apartment complex is located right on the slopes. That's really great. The apartment (4 persons) is already small and cramped for 2 persons. With 4 people it is really too small. Furthermore, it is an unkempt gang. Sale!! As the French say. Or, dirty. Dust in the hallway was there all week. There is little or no cleaning. The arrival was really a drama. Unprofessional. We took over an hour to check in. The employees (at that time only two !!) at the reception still have to put together the towel and sheet packages themselves. Which therefore takes time. Furthermore, the name of the booker is looked up on a list. That list keeps getting lost. In short, hassle. Can anyone look into this process? It seems this mess has been around for a long time. Doesn't anyone ever wake up and think that you don't want to do this to your guests? Tip: Have someone from management check in yourself. That's laughter. Conclusion: Despite perfect location, find another accommodation because this is far below standard. Unworthy of a holiday. Dear managers of this place, take your guests seriously instead of thinking in euro signs. Turn your guests into ambassadors for your property. It's possible. Really. We have been to France before at CGH accommodations. So it really is possible. Go there for a coffee and see how things can be done differently. Hello!
