We really like this location....rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, great firepit on the patio. We just felt that the service was lacking a bit on this visit. We weren't told that housekeeping would only be done upon request...I thought that it was every second day....however, once I followed up on it, it did get completed...but some of the required items were not replenished and I had to ask again for those. I did a follow up survey from the hotel and explained the shortcomings and they were very quick to respond and apologize and committed to bringing the improvement needed to staff. I will likely return to give them another opportunity to do better.

Apartments situated on outskirts of Nantes but within a 5 min walk of a tram station. Trams are free at weekends although they do get busy in peak seasons. Gated access and secure parking. Great Wifi and great shower. Apartment clean and spacious with a large double bed, adequate kitchenette and a table and 2 chairs. Small garden area with coffee table and 2 chairs. Note if you book a Business Studio with Garden Room without Spa facilities, we were told you will have to pay €10 per day per person to use the swimming pool and deck area. Last time we booked a cheaper basic Studio room that included the use of the pool. We were told that, in France, a "spa" means a "pool". We did not want to pay the supplement. It would have been nice, as repeat guests that we were treated more favourably. We will not return. Staff helpful.

Very nice hotel and accommodating! Bed was very comfortable and pleasant! Has a nice kitchen and clean bathroom. Only thing lacking was the Wi-Fi system didn’t connect using the password given. The reception for cellphone data is next to nothing. I had to walk outside in the cold to order delivery.

Accueil, lieu et prestations très bien. L'isolation entre les logements trop juste, le lit pas assez solide et le velux à retirer. Mais l'emplacement et les prestations au top, la déco sympa, la taille du studio parfait pour 2.

Parfait comme toujours ! Bon accueil, propre, bien équipé, calme. Studio spacieux. Possibilité parking privé fermé, jardin arboré. Espace extérieur. Possibilité petit déjeuner et repas sur réservation.

Résidence calme et idéal pour se détendre, s'apaiser et se ressourcer. Les lits sont pas mal confortable. Le spa est au top avec une bonne piscine. Les réceptionnistes et proprio sont très sympas. Je recommande vivement !
