I recently stayed at Manoir Saint-Sauveur, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.

Here’s a review based on your stay: --- **A Fantastic Family Getaway!** Our family recently stayed at this beautiful resort up north, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The highlight for us was definitely the new thermal experience, which was above and beyond what we expected. The tranquility, paired with the impeccable facilities, made it a perfect way to unwind. The massage treatments were equally outstanding—therapists were professional, and the atmosphere was so relaxing that we all felt rejuvenated afterward. Dinner at M Steak was a treat as well. The ambiance was classy yet inviting, and the food was top-notch. From perfectly cooked steaks to sides bursting with flavor, it was a memorable dining experience. Overall, this resort delivered on every front—whether it was relaxation, dining, or just spending quality time as a family. We can’t wait to return!

Staying at this hotel because the client off-site is here. There is significant road construction underway inhibiting access to the hotel and confusing the GPS at every turn, making arrival a challenge. The check-in person was curt / unfriendly and I speak French so I don't blame the language barrier. The Internet is terrible -- unstable and I keep getting kicked off, which is a problem because I have work to do from the room before and after the client session. The saving graces are the lovely bartender, and the pleasant-smelling lobby.

This hotel is in need of an update. Not only the rooms but the staff. Upon arriving for a funeral we approached the staff to pre register for our room. Upon speaking English we were definitely treated differently then those who spoke French. Our room was not ready at 4pm and we were advised that there was a conference that needed there attention. We felt invisible. After paying around 700 for a chalet you would expect better service. I asked to speak to a manager and was approached by a young man who advised he was the manager that was untrue. Later we were advised to shush while making a legitimate complaint. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH YOU WILL BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY.

Be careful when you eat at Le Boudoir restaurant, we found a blade in my boys French fries. My wife took fries from my boys plate and end up chewing the blade. Lucky for us no one was injured. Food process quality is to be questioned for such a renowned hotel

WOW what a gem to find! It felt like we were at a mini resort, 2 minutes from the ski hill / waterpark. Our family had such a great stay - we stayed in an Evian room and it was quiet, clean, and felt so new. Our boys are 3 and 7 and really enjoyed all of the activities available: the indoor pool with hot tub, the large outdoor pool was so nice too with lots of lounge chairs, the multi-sport field was a lot of fun too (they had lots of different types of equipment available), and the game room was popular (you need $1 coins - the front desk gave us change for our toonies). My husband and I enjoyed the small, "Nordik" style warm pool / cold pool / sauna cycle for adults only as well. We didn't make it to the spa, but we will definitely be sure to during a future visit! The restaurants had lots of seating indoors and out. To save some money, we mostly ate across the street (MANY spots to choose from walking distance), but we did enjoy our meal at the hotel too. The thing I would like to compliment the most was the attentiveness of the staff: they are very well-staffed, and the staff were all EXCELLENT. No matter where we were indoors or outdoors, staff were helpful, efficient, and professional. Well done Manoir Saint-Sauveur! We will be back, and many of our friends have already booked after we shared photos! :)

Four-star hotel? Hahahaha NO. The pool and gym area staff were helpful and attentive when we asked for help, the food and service were very good in the restaurant, and housekeeping was excellent. But whatever corporate entity runs runs this hotel clearly cares only about squeezing the maximum amount of pennies from its guests, and not about truly caring for their comfort. There are so many things I could snark on about this hotel and its upscale facade, but I want to focus on something important to me: accessibility. Sensitive to smells or have asthma? This hotel does not care, but instead seeks to monetize even the air you breathe by pumping its signature scent into all hallways and common areas, and then selling you the scent. Do you have cognitive issues or anxiety that mean that your brain needs quiet sometimes? This hotel has insipid, b-list electronic pop playing at all hours, everywhere: the lobby, lounges, halls, pools, and guest floors, inside and out. Are you in a wheelchair, use a walker, recently break your foot? There are many places on the grounds you can’t get to easily, or at all, including the rentable pool cabanas. Nobody helped the member of our group who had a walker with their luggage when they arrived. Nobody helped any of us with our luggage. And hahaha the robes they “provide” for guests? Hahahaha, I will attach a photo. If you puncture the bag, don’t wear the robe, and leave it behind: $55. This is just rude, unwelcoming, and not in line with what I expect from a four-star hotel.

Worst massage ever. We were told to arrive early and use the whirlpool only to find out that it hasn’t functioned in months. The appointment was at 1 PM and the masseuse arrived at 1:30. She was not aware of the appointment. Finally, there was construction on the floor above me with hammering and swearing. The masseuse kept putting her hands on my ears to muffle the sound. Will never go back

Lovely hotel, second visit, this time solo for a funeral. Staff lovely, food very good. But the only problem is the extras. You pay 55 dollars for even opening the bathrobe package and 3 dollars for bottle of local water already in the room. So while you are made to feel welcome, the added extras beyond an effective fire lighter log, you pay for!
