We found an insect crawling on our bed. So, naturally, we were concerned and presented the pictures and video to the front desk. After calling her manager, they offered to reimburse our stay and allow us to check out of the hotel, which we did. They gave us an email address at another hotel and instructed us to email our banking info for a refund. We did. However, after the day passed I suspected something was not right since there was no refund confirmation. I reached out to them again. An employee responded that they had nothing to do with Hotel Glanum. I reached out to *********** for help. I also sent another email addressed specifically to the manager. Hotel Glanum proceeded to lie to *********** about what had transpired, saying it was a spider and that our room had been upgraded after the incident as a gesture of goodwill. There was never a mention of an upgrade. And our pictures clear show that it was definitely not a spider. They refuse to refund our stay as was promised.

A very good 3 star, clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast is delicious and varied every day. Our morning host is very welcoming and thoughtful with each guest. The SPA is pleasant to relax, its access to 20€ / hour and per person seems a bit excessive to me but it is the price to pay to privatize it. A large swimming pool to relax and lie on the deckchairs in the shade of the olive trees and here too cleanliness is essential.

We had a very pleasant stay (too short unfortunately, one week). The place is magnificent, just 10 minutes walk from the center of St Rémy. The rooms (with independent entrance) are nicely decorated, very comfortable, very well equipped and well soundproofed. Impeccable hygiene. Kudos to the room cleaning staff. All the staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. The garden is superb, full of olive trees and bougainvillea. Large and beautiful swimming pool. Large, secure and free parking. A medium-sized hotel (around twenty rooms) which was important for us, we don't like large structures. We will come back !

Perfect bedding, very good cleanliness, excellent calm except for certain bikers who take the climb towards the Glanum for a race track, excellent reception service but you also have to be friendly with the staff who manage this establishment. Very good breakfast, there is everything and even more. Very well secured car park, small downside when you come for the first time. We must pay for the stay upon arrival. but other than that we would definitely return.

Hôtel très sympathique situé à 1 km du centre de Saint Rémy de Provence, mais à proximité immédiate du site archéologique du Glanum, du Centre culturel Saint Paul de Mausole, et du départ de plusieurs belles randonnées dans les Alpilles. Parking, piscine non chauffée et spa (chauffé en supplément). Accueil souriant. Bon et copieux petit déjeuner ! Notre chambre était relativement petite mais grande salle de douche. Un léger bémol : le personnel a oublié de faire la chambre le deuxième jour sans explication.
