Hotel was clean and renovated on the main building. Rooms are small, but high quality bedding and furniture. Staff is friendly and restaurant is very good. Music every night in restaurant. Snowmobile secure parking and ample parking for trailers. Nice place.

I had one of the "confort" (comfort) rooms. IIRC, there are four categories of room and this middling category, plus the plushest category, were available, so I went for "confort." I would like to alert people to an issue with my room. It has two cabinets that protrude about a foot (30 cm) from the wall. These cabinets are made of wood and have sharp corners. One of the two cabinets was above the place to lay out the suitcase. Three times I banged my head right on the corner edge while standing up after getting an item for my suitcase. Impact #3 was especially painful; it bled (so did the other two) and caused swelling. I wore a bandage over the wound during the via ferrata the next day. If you are in a "confort" room and see those protruding cabinets, be careful about any sudden movements. Really, the corners should be beveled, padded, or somehow made safe. Also, I found trash (multiple candy wrappers) in one of the drawers, and the air conditioning unit is obscured by the window curtain, so if you want a/c to work properly you will have to leave the curtain partly open, including at night, which I did. Finally, at breakfast the staff brought "hot" tea with water at room temperature, so of course the teabag did not steep. I mentioned this and was brought a replacement with hot water. The swimming pool was pleasant and the staff were nice. However, no one came to clean my room on the second day. To be sure, I did not put out a "make up my room" tag on the door, and perhaps that was required in order to have a cleanup. Despite these comments, I recommend the Hôtel Roquemont. I would stay there again. The via ferrata was fantastic and mountain bike rentals are available right on the premises. The mountain bikes are of high quality and worth the charge for them.

Booked the Roquemont for a weekend of snowmobiling. 4 days before making the 10 HOUR drive to the hotel, I messaged the hotel to confirm snowmobiling conditions. No answer.....In fact, they never answered my message until AFTER we got there. 3 days before arrival, I called the hotel and asked about the conditions. It was VERY difficult to understand the operators report, but she assured us going "Nord" that the conditions were beautiful. On the day of our arrival the trails have not been groomed in over a week with absolutely terrible conditions - so bad that damage to your snowmobile was highly likely. We rode for 90 miles with overheating, etc... and simply destroyed trails. All they had to do was answer my questions before we drove up there and be honest, but they never did, and they actually were deceitful. It was so terrible my friend and I left and drove another 10 HOURS back home later that day. 20 HOURS in the vehicle. I kindly spoke to reception requesting to have a manger call and discuss the matter with me. Here we are a week later and no reply and billed nearly $350 US dollars for a room we never even stayed in. These people will apparently stop at nothing to get your money. I have over 75,000 miles of snowmobiling experience, stayed here before and have been literally everywhere else imaginable snowmobiling. I've never experienced anything remotely close to this kind of "hospitality" in my life!

Terribly disappointing! We have been here 2-3 times per year for several years and this time was a great disappointment. Our bathroom had hair on the walls when we arrived. We asked for coffee pods for the room Nespresso machine and were told we had to pay for them. We tried to order take-out crepes for our 12 year old for breakfast and were told it would be 30 minutes to make a single order of children’s menu crepes because they had a group of 30 in the dining room. We were told all they could offer her within 30 minutes was toast or banana bread. We put the “make up room” sign on our door when we left at 10am. When we returned at 3:30pm the room was still not cleaned and it was a hassle to even get clean towels or mugs at this point. The soap dispenser was empty and we finally found a chariot of supplies and refilled it ourselves. To be clear, we come to this hotel often and spend hundreds at the restaurant/bar in addition to our room fee; we are not coming here to get $2 worth of free coffee...). At $200/night, we expect much better service. Would not recommend.

We stayed in the mini chalet. Amazing spot with hot tub. Access to the pool. Great restaurant and beer at the Roquemont. The hiking and mountain biking trail are right there. It was an amazing vacation all around.

On a adoré ! Voilà ce qu’on venait chercher ! On recommande à 200%
