Stayed at Les Roches Rouges at the end of the Summer 2022. Very conveniently located a quick drive from the nearest town, where you can find restaurants, pharmacies, stores and so on. The Hotel was beautiful! Its minimalistic design lets you enjoy the full sight/breeze/sounds of the Mediterranean without distractions. The Infinity pool connects with the Sea right next to it, providing an additional layer of comfort with their prompt towel/food and beverage service. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony with a vast view of the Sea. We visited the Spa at the Hotel and experienced a heavenly treatment. It was hard to leave once it was over hahaha We had dinner reservations at the Hotel one night and we were running late on our drive back, we called and told them and they were kind enough to wait for us to come back to order and then closed the kitchen afterwards. Our stay was brief and i wish we had stayed at Les Roches Rouges longer. Hopefully we will go back in the near future and enjoy everything the Hotel has to offer.

We moved out of another hotel and was desperately looking for another place to stay. We were lucky to have found this small hotel just of the main busy street, yet walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms and linen were clean. Fresh white towels provided. Vanessa our host went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She offered us a room (last minute) exactly fitting to our needs. She did her best to organise suitable spa times and made some useful recommendations on restaurants. The quaint little breakfast with freshly pressed juice exceeded our expectations. Hotel on the port of Santa Lucia and right next to the Saint Raphaël convention center. Walk between 20 and 30 min. to access the city center but entirely doable. Free parking until May 31 all around the hotel. Lots of restaurants, Spar supermarket nearby. Very good superior room with sea and port view. Complete breakfast with good products. Hotel recommended for its calm too.

The hotel is nicely secluded and quiet. Easily accessible with both underground and surface parking. The staff is very friendly. Adequate attention is paid to reception and explanation. But. The hotel is outdated. Unrepaired damage can be found in many places. The interior is outdated. And also the carpet, apart from being from another era, is dirty and worn. The curtains dilapidated and the interior dated. No refrigerator in the room. The swimming pool is pleasant. But unfortunately the glass wall is not very nice. A little more paving would also have been better in our opinion. Distributing towels at the pool would also have been a plus instead of distributing them in the room. Furthermore, anno 2024 a perfect network in terms of wifi is a must. This score was simply 0. Ditto for 4G/5G. Long story short. Renovate this building. Modernize. Raise the price and in the long run then both customers and staff will be winners.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem of the region. We stayed here for a week during our family trip to the south of France and couldn’t have been happier. Especially if you plan to visit multiple destinations, this hotel is the perfect base. It is beautiful and so stylish!!!! The rooms are incredibly comfortable! The breakfast and lunch are delicious. The management is incredibly helpful and friendly and makes you feel like old friends. The hotel is a small, family owned boutique hotel so don’t expect the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, or 24 hour room service, but we found it to be such a wonderful experience. We felt like we were visiting friends who live in a beautiful mansion in the south of France. The area is quite and filled with trees. The hotel is only about a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. But we decided to travel around and this hotel is perfectly situated for that. It is only 40min from Nice, 40min from Cannes, and slightly over an hour from St. Tropez.

Gesamtbewertung: 3 *** Lage: **** Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Gastronomie: **Frühstück: ***** Für einen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von über einer Woche fällt jedoch auf, dass die Auswahl immer gleich bleibt. **Abendessen: ****** Wir haben zweimal im Hotelrestaurant gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Service: * Unser größter Kritikpunkt! Nach 10 Tagen bemerkte ich, dass wir zum 10. Mal zu fünft frühstücken gingen, aber nie ein gedeckter Tisch für 5 Personen vorhanden war. Auch beim Abendessen war dies der Fall, obwohl wir immer einen Tisch für fünf Personen bestellten. Die Tische waren oft ungeeignet und schmutzig, und das Servicepersonal schien sich nicht darum zu kümmern. Ich hatte Fotos von den Mängeln in unserem Zimmer vorbereitet (siehe nächster Punkt: Sauberkeit), habe aber bewusst nichts gesagt, um zu sehen, ob wir einmal gefragt werden, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Und was soll ich sagen? Nichts. Es scheint, als würde die Rezeption immer ausweichen, sobald man das Hotel betritt. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Top-Hotels, in denen man täglich freundlich begrüßt wird und sich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert. Sauberkeit: * Unser Badezimmer wurde in 14 Tagen NIE gereinigt. Dies kann durch Fotos belegt werden. Das Hotel scheint hundefreundlich zu sein, aber die Teppiche sind ziemlich schmutzig. Mehr muss man dazu nicht wissen, oder? Der Poolbereich, der ansonsten sehr schön ist, wirkt heruntergekommen. Die Sonnenschirme sind schief, da sie nicht mehr in die vorgesehenen Halter passen, Zigarettenstummel liegen herum, bis sie von selbst verrotten, die schönen Rattanmöbel sind verwittert, die Polster kaputt und die Markisen zerrissen. Wirklich schade, denn der Poolbereich könnte sonst sehr schön sein. Spa: * € 25,00 pro Stunde/Person für die Nutzung des Spas ist übertrieben. Allgemeines: Das Hotel hätte eigentlich das Potenzial, ein Top-Hotel zu sein, aber es wird leider vernachlässigt. Ein völlig zerstörter Tischtennistisch, ein Tennisplatz, der nicht bespielbar ist, da er verrottet ist, Müll und/oder kaputte Liegen, die hinter dem Gebäude entsorgt werden. Insgesamt vermittelt das Hotel den Eindruck, dass sich niemand mehr darum kümmert. Ein echtes Trauerspiel! Ich würde dieses Hotel gerne übernehmen und wieder in Schuss bringen, denn die Grundlage ist wirklich gut! Fazit: Die Côte d'Azur ist sicherlich kein günstiges Reiseziel und dieses Hotel sticht in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis heraus. Ich möchte nicht den Eindruck erwecken, dass wir sehr unzufrieden waren. Wir sind sehr anspruchslose Gäste und lassen uns den Urlaub durch einige Mängel nicht verderben. Having visited this hotel many times over the last 20 to 30 years, I am hardly unbiased but it is an elegant old building in an elegant old seaside resort, with an enviable position, on the seafront in the centre of a bustling town. While modernised, it is not modern. Its larger rooms with sea views are very comfortable with functional if somewhat idiosyncratic bathrooms (baths with handheld sprays rather than showers). The hotel staff, many with years of service, are exceptional - friendly and effective whether working in reception, the kitchen, restaurant and bar, or in keeping the hotel scrupulously clean. The restaurant with its attractive terrace overlooking the sea is busy with residents and non-residents, attesting to the quality of its cuisine.
