I had agreed with hotel reception to check-out at noon as I was going for a mountain biking excursion. The cleaning ladies passed several times between 11am and noon, urging my son to leave the room. This is unacceptable. I returned at 11.55 & couldn’t even shower & put on clean clothes. Will never come back!

The views are amazing… and that’s all that is good about the hotel… the rooms are small and stuffy, no sun beds - expect a week of sitting on the floor. The lifeguards are fun sponges. Expect 7-8 enforcing your sun bathing. The shops refuse to refund or exchange faulty items… we purchased a faulty snorkel and the rude woman pretended to be a manager and despite me pointing out French consumer law, refused and was derogatory towards English people . They sell things in the shop that aren’t even allowed to be used in the pool. you are isolated here so no options but to use the overpriced run down facilities and shops. The entire pool area smells of sewage. A week of sitting on the grass. Don’t waste your money.

Lovely resort, however the complete inability to offer gluten free options in any of the restaurants ruined the whole experience. Despite saying gluten free in one restaurant chicken was served breaded, and all potato dishes always contained gluten, even the chips. Not sure if just this resort or whether France doesn’t cater for people with food intolerances but really spoilt the holiday.

Shaby apartment with loose door handles and mini-moo bathroom, ridiculously small for four (and meant for 5!) with a ‘bed’ on which it’s impossible to sleep without banging your head. Music from L’ecole du cirque nearby guaranteed until 23:00PM with no apologies: you can book activities with l’Ecole du cirque (making you think there is a kind of partnership between the two, so things like noise level can be negotiated) but when it comes to aforementioned noise level being way too high and going on while you try to sleep: “L’Ecole du cirque is independent and has nothing to do with Pierre et vacances”. What a joke!!!! There is no airco in the rooms either and if you try to sleep on your balcony to get some fresh air, be aware that your neighbours are allowed to speak until any time of the night and of course smoke (cigar included) as they wish! We’re in the 21st century but Pierre et Vacances has not yet integrated the concept of “No Noise after 23:00pm” and a no smoking policy on the balconies while creating smoking areas FAR from where people live and sleep. People and kids shout on the streets when going back to their accommodation at night, some hairs were found on two pillows when we arrived, music and entertainment is a must of the village until 23:00 (too bad if you have a migraine that night!). I was very nostalgic of Pierre et Vacances, which my parents booked to go skiing when I was a child. This experience has cured me of my nostalgia for good. Fortunately, the staff is friendly. That makes me feel a bit better. Ps: Pierre et Vacances please pass on this comment to L’Ecole du Cirque so that next year they may think of starting earlier…. And finish earlier too!!

Le village est très beau, parfaitement entretenu, fleuri dans un grand espace d’arbres et de pelouses , entre les roches rouges d’Agay et la mer. C’est splendide et très reposant. Parfaitement entretenu, avec une équipe très accueillante et toujours disponible, les commerçants suivent le rythme, gentillesse et présentant des produits délicieux et originaux. L’artisanat est de mise. Les boutiques de souvenirs et vêtements d'été toutes aussi originales.

Antoine de St Exupery le disait déjà à son époque: « Agay est un paradis où même la poussière est parfumée ». Cap Esterel n’existait pas encore mais s’il vivait encore, il dirait certainement que cet endroit est magique. Tout y est incroyable. Tout d’abord l’emplacement. Le village de Cap Esterel est entre la mer et la montagne. Le panorama est à couper le souffle. La résidence elle même vaut le coup d’œil: les 5 piscines, les commerces , le golf, les animations et les restaurants en font un lieu unique et hors du temps. Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit. Nous sommes déjà en train de regarder pour réserver l’été prochain tellement nous avons adoré .

Ik ben heel tevreden met mijn verblijf!!! De kinderen hebben ook erg genoten. Het is zeker aan te raden voor jong en oud. Omgeving is mooi, accommodatie is prachtig en het eten is heel goed en Halal! Ik kom zeker weer terug. Wij hebben een auto gehuurd, maar met de trein kom je er ook makkelijk en is t kwartier lopen.

RAS. Logement fonctionnel. Calme mi octobre. Parking fermé et gardé. Pratique pour la rando rouge Esterel du Roc. Température piscine un peu juste.25°. Belle vue mer st piscine. Petit bémol. Obligé de réclamé le kit nettoyage, récupéré à l'accueil.

Très beaux paysages, l'endroit est magnifique. Très bon emplacement, on a bien tenu compte de notre désir d'être proches des commerces et des piscines et proches également du parking. Studio propre, confortable, bien conçu. Dommage qu'une piscine soit très profonde sans espace pour le repos, et que l'autre mieux aménagée n'est pas va été chauffée.
