Our stay at Unique Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service (special thanks to Senay and Yacin for their kindness and their dedication to the service). The all-inclusive package was truly worth it, offering delicious food, a wide variety of drinks, and plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

This hotel looks great online, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We stayed for 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we encountered serious issues: 🔹 No hot water – We had to take cold showers due to a technical problem. 🔹 Horrible smell – The bathroom drain emitted a strong odor (similar to vomit), and the AC spread the smell into the room. 🔹 Leaking ceiling light – Water started dripping from a ceiling light, raising major electrical safety concerns (220V and water should never mix). 🔹 Very small room & noise – The room was tiny, poorly insulated, and we could hear our neighbors coughing through the walls. To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us for the first two nights. Only on the third night were we relocated to another room. The lady at the front desk did her best but had no authority to truly resolve the issues. Despite filing a formal complaint with the hotel manager, we received no refund, no compensation, and no commercial gesture whatsoever. This showed a total lack of customer service and accountability. Until this hotel seriously improves its maintenance, safety, and management practices, I do not recommend staying here.

unfortunately the air conditioning did not work for two nights. apart from that, it is an excellent hotel. very peaceful. excellent mattress. grout on the floor needs a clean. providing guests with beach towels would be good. breakfast was excellent. size of fridge was excellent

Smelly. Broken elevator so I had to haul luggage up three flights of stairs. Entrance in dark alley and locked at night.

Small room and poor aircon
We’ve stayed here 3 times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is excellent for the beach and the station. However the room wasn’t as nice this year, the reduced height in the quad room from sloping ceiling makes the room feel cramped and the aircon is not efficient. Unfortunately the safe in our room didn’t work and the staff weren’t able to resolve. I would consider staying again but not in a quad room.
