Poor welcome: we waited 20 minutes and had to call by phone 3 times to report our presence at reception so that the concierge finally appeared! Icy reception, we felt that we were disturbing her. Spartan rooms from the 70s, which are freezing despite the heating on full blast. Traces of humidity on the ceiling just above the headboard. Bed with a broken mattress, you can definitely feel the springs. Very dated bathroom with worn enamel, black marks on the walls left by a missing wall accessory (hair dryer?), moldy shower seals, hair and fur in the sink and the shower!… And it was the same thing for my 4 colleagues who had also booked. J'avais réservé une chambre à 61€ avec 2 petots dejeuners à 11€, pour le 22 juin mais je n'ai jamais reçu de mzil de confirmation. Le 18 j'appelle pour confirmer ma venue ; réservation confirmée par l'hôtesse qui m'a répondu au téléphone en me orecisant chambre avec 1 lit simple et 1 lit double. J'arrive le 22 et à l'accueil on me dit que ma réservation a été annulée. IMPOSSIBLE h'ai eu une confirmation par téléphone le 18 ! Bref l'hôtel était comolet (concert de Coldplay), j'ai été obligée d'aller dans un autre hôtel où il restait 1 seule chambre à 200€ . Je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix que de la prendre et ADONUS hôtel n'a même pas participer aux frais alirs que la responsabilité leur incombait. Mais j'ai bien compris que ma réservation à 61€n'était pas intéressante puisque les chambre avait augmenté à 100€. A éviter car n'assume pas leurs erreurs et sans compensation.
