1. Why put a 'do not disturb' hanger on the door and ignore it and enter the room, on more than one occasion? 2. Why, when it states that dogs are charged at €10 per night did you charge €10 per day? Totally unacceptable. 3. Paper thin walls, very noisy early morning. 4. No10 A tiny room.

Lovely weekend. M et Mme were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely return to this well appointed hotel. We had our small dog with us and they were happy to accommodate him. The hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the restaurants and shops of St Pierre.

Très bel hôtel bien situé , propre avec parking gratuit en face . Piscine au top avec parasol et transat . Petit dej très bien sauf le 2 matin où il n y avait pas de brioche ni de chocolatine contrairement à la veille mais fruits frais . Salle de jeux avec babyfoot , billard et table ping pong. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 4 nuits suite aux avis vus sur Tripadvisor. La chambre a répondu à nos attentes mais nous avons rencontrés plusieurs désagréments. Le Wifi était inexistant dans la chambre alors qu'il était mentionné disponible dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons été réveillés à 8h15 par des travaux dans l'hôtel (scie, perceuse...) Notre chambre n'a pas été faite une journée, (pas de ménage, pas de serviette changée), et comme la réception ferme le soir, nous n'avons pas pu réclamer le jour même. Nous l'avons signalé le lendemain et n'avons même pas eu d'excuses. Le jour suivant, nous n'avions plus de serviettes, nous avons dû à nouveau réclamer à la réception. Enfin, il n'y a pas de savon ou de distributeur de savon pour se laver les mains. Nous devons utiliser les petits flacons de gel douche, flacons en plastique....pas très écologique !!

Très bien situé en plein centre ,chambre spacieuse, literie parfaite,le seul bémol concerne le petit déjeuner qui pourrait etre beaucoup plus varié et mieux approvisionné car nombreux manque ..surtout vu le tarif de 12,50€,un peu juste

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Endroit silencieux malgré le centre ville. Aussi, j'ai trouvé la literie confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Attention cependant à la salle de bain de la chambre 20 (écoulement bac à douche, attendre longtemps avant d'avoir l'eau chaude, pas très écologique). Egalement, de l'eau stagne un peu dans le lavabo. Les toilettes ont du mal à évacuer et le remplissage du réservoir est très long. Sinon, c'est un hôtel très propre et bien équipé.
