We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

Великолепное расположение, практически на Дворцовой площади, метро в 2 минутах ходьбы, все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Номер был небольшой, как и заявлено, чистый, белье новое, есть телевизор, чайник, холодильник, WI-FI, также предлагаются завтраки стоимостью 300 р, в коридорах есть кулеры. Я приехала немного раньше, без проблем заселили, номер был готов. Персонал вежливый. Цена за номер очень демократичная!

This hotel was advised by a acquaintance. After reading the reviews on tripadvisor, my daughter and I decided to stay in it. The hotel fulfilled expectations by all 100% and probably even more. Location is perfect. To the Palace Square, Isaakievsky Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral to walk minutes 5-10. The embankments are also in step-by-step availability. We took a night tour on the ship on the divorce bridges, it was great, the impression didn't spoil even the rain that periodically didn't crawl, but was pouring. Let's go back to our hotel. The room we chose an improved with a double king-size bed. Also in the room was a sofa and kitchen. Everything is perfectly clean and functional. A big mirror on the door and optimal number and placement of the rosetates. In the bathroom there is enough towels, there are coats and slippers. Liquid soap and balsam for the body are very pleasant. The windows went out, the noise I didn't hear, but for the sensitive in the bathroom there were beerushes. Breakfast was held in a nearby cafe on the menu. First we were worried about it because the delicious breakfast was very important for us. But here it exceeded all expectations! Omlet, salmon crambles, pancakes, cheesecakes, pancakes, cruissans, coffee and freshly squeezed juice. If anyone prefers more saturated breakfasts, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for any taste and purse. They have a great rest. Time for everything we wanted to see didn't suffice, but maybe it is for the best, because we have already booked the next visit to this hotel.

There is courtesy table in a room somewhere in hotel that does tea I believe but I do prefer to have this facility in my room No mirror by plug sockets made it difficult to do hair Also as this was my 50th birthday gift from my mum we had notified hotel. They promised a complimentary gift on arrival which did not happen. My mum did try to order champagne and was told that they didn’t put complimentary in room as my bd was a week after we depart!!!! It’s my big 50 which I was celebrating with my mum. I found this quite rude. My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
