Это место настоящий оазис спокойствия и европейской утонченности в Северной столице. Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. The room is big enough, but the balcony is very small and can’t get out. The balcony wall is very high and you can’t see the river view outside. Of course, you may consider the safety factor to get such a high cement wall. The entrance is under construction when you check in, which will affect the traffic and location. The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! All the necessary ingredients are available: dresses, showers and sewing sets,everyday,if necessary. A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. Here was written about the scarce breakfasts, which is very strange to me. Of course, it is not kilometers of the Swedish table as in Turkey, but nonetheless anyone will find food for its taste: yoghurt,treature,cashi,cache,omlets,etc,except that champagne has not been offered. A worthy coffee machine with different options. If you are completely mad, you can certainly find shortcomings: for example, the water is badly down in the bathroom, slowly work cards in the castles, there is no cosmetic mirror in the toilet, the unrational location of the switches and the roofs near the bed, but these are such trimmings, who cannot dimly stay in such a cozy place. Ech liked that the streams were literally dissipated - you practically don't meet with staff or other guests. That's what creates a sense of comfort like home. And the location is also a pleasant eye: in a small street opposite Fontanka, from the windows of the room to the street was a summer garden and river, to the center of the minutes 20 walking steps. Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and also within walking distance to Nevsky Prospekt, Winter Palace, Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and Kazan Cathedral. A taxi from Moscow Railway Station takes about 10 minutes. Better than the old five-star hotels in Moscow.

Ночью бывает шумно, но после долгих дневных прогулок, это не критично, нам не мешало))) В июле 2022 ездили в номер стандарт, тоже очень понравилось, окна были во двор. Очень тихо, не слышно также и соседей. В номерах чисто, уборка ежедневная, есть кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, туалетные принадлежности. Очень удобные кровати, идеально чистое белье (для меня это важно). Вкусный завтрак. Если приходишь поздно, то все равно на выбор есть все, а не только каша))) Администраторы очень вежливые и отзывчивые, отдельный им респект. Заселение происходит быстро. Понравилось, что отель для некурящих, в отеле останавливаются приличные люди, чувствуешь себя комфортно и безопасно. Адекватные цены. Рекомендую.

There are so-called ”kitchen.” I went in one of them. I needed a plate and a knife. I didn't find, turned to the restaurant, gave. There is a microwave, a teapot, a dish, a fork and a knife. No plates. There is still sugar, salt, and tea bags. The laundry and dry machine is the same big plus. I once used this service. It is not free: washing 100 rubles, drying 50 rubles. In the room heating batteries are regulated, which is very convenient. The toilet room is compact, the shower is small. But there is an electric snake. Because it is always possible to dry anything on it and if you close the door, it is warm. There is soap and a shampoo-conditioner, good quality. The room was booked with breakfast. Swedish table. As they now say: you won't be hungry, but everything is uniform. Greek cashes, broccoli cheese, sausages, omlets, pancakes, cruissants, nuts with cooked raisins, croissant corners, creature, cream, two types of jam, porcelain oil and yoghurt, two types of sausages and cheese, cut cucumbers and tomatoes, cut into pieces of pizza. This is all served every day. For seven breakfasts, of course, it's bored. Very cheered the coffee machine! And toast! Breakfast takes place in a restaurant that is in the same building. My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!
