Have spent 5 nights in this hotel. Positive: From the entrance to the hotel you get into a fairy tale. There is so much and all pleasant and friendly that you don't want to leave. They will listen carefully and offer help on any issue, always go to the meeting, smile on the face 24/7 Rooms are cleaned regularly and no cosies were. Breakfasts are delicious and with good choice. The location of the hotel is chic, the rooms are large, the view from the window is beautiful, the living room is large plus, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet. What else do you need? Negative: Only 5 nights and time flew as one moment. Next time I will stop here and I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. It will be nice to return, tk the hotel is very conveniently located. Все очень близко!

The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

Neighbours were not heard, although they were in the rooms) - High ceilings. - Hot and cold water! - on night lamps was torture =D pleasant hotel. Behind the reception hall friendly staff. The rooms are cozy, my was also with a kitchen corner and a washing machine in the bathroom. Cleaning is daily as well as changing towels. Hairdressing and slippers are also very good by the way. Breakfast Swedish table 1000 rubles seems expensive, but it is really chic, You can take something separately on the menu. A number of rooms look at the windows on the 3rd line, although not noisy, but still with the traffic flow. It is better to take the windows to the yard.

Отличный отель за свою цену, номера не большие , но уютные. администратор даже заселил пораньше , было очень приятно тк мы замерзли, напоили бесплатным чаем, были очень любезны . This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find.
