The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! Thank you very much, we liked it very much!!!

Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

Посетила данный отель в мае 22г. Прибыла раньше времени заселения, но меня заселили сразу, т.к номер был уже убран. Номер маленький, уютный, чистый, на одного, абсолютно достаточный для человека приехавшего отдыхать и гулять по Питеру! Были вопросы по шторам (не подходили по размеру окна, в номер попадал уличный свет) и обогревателю (в мае прохладно))) - по звонку на рецепшен всё было заменено и предоставлено. В пакет были включены завтраки - очень вкусные, разнообразные и сытные (стол шведский). Всё дни кушала с удовольствием! Главное достоинство отеля - его расположение! Оно идеально! Всё в шаговой доступности - Дворцовая площадь, Спас на крови, разведение мостов, Петропавловская крепость.. За всё время отпуска общественным транспортом пользовалась пару раз, т.к до всего можно дойти пешком.

На первом этаже изюминка номера - огромные окна (днём с улицы вас не видно, но вечером наоборот). Очень удобное расположение: шаговый доступ до основных достопримечательностей, при этом район тихий, без толп туристов. Из недостатков: мало света у зеркала в ванной. Халаты - маломерки с рукавами 3/4 сидят в обтяг даже на человеке, который носит размер S/M) . Мы остались всем очень довольны, можем смело рекомендовать. Номера студио есть разной планировки, уточняйте детали при бронировании!

My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!
