We tried steak tartare, pork medallions, pelmeni, beef stroganoff - all very tasty. After exploring the historical city by foot, it was amazing to return to the peaceful oasis of our suite. The hotel is just across the street from St. Isaac's church and is very easy to find. There is a bronze statue of Peter I, and the Neva and Nevsky Straits are within walking distance. Hotel hardware facilities can not be compared with the domestic Renaissance, but the maintenance is not bad, the service is also very good, there are slippers, toiletries and kettle. At the time of check-out, the fee of 100 rubles per day is added. It seems to be a tax or something forgotten. The breakfast is Western-style, with a wide variety and fresh food. The restaurant on the 6th floor can directly see the street view and the church. The view is good. There are coupons in the room, it is worth a try.

We thank the hotel staff for the wonderful welcome and care during our stay at the hotel. Even for a wonderful and unexpected surprise from the hotel team in honor of my birthday in the form of a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and delicious cake. The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. Luxurious breakfasts with red caviar, fresh juices, a buffet and plus an additional dish can be ordered. Good location! We were very satisfied!

Can be said to be very good and satisfied, and finally can communicate in English, the children said that they liked the hotel very much, the waiters were very eye-catching, could have said that they wanted to give a hundred percent, but one thing happened at check-out I don't know if it is a misunderstanding. The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. The elevator is very small, but this is also because of the old building. The room decoration is not bad, and the room size is not small, personally recommended.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи в феврале 2023 года. Двухместный номер был расположен на втором этаже с окнами во двор. Очень тихо. Номер чистый, просторный, проблем с размещением чемоданов и одежды нет. Постели с удобными матрасами и приятным бельем, туалетная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Тщательная уборка проводилась по мере необходимости по согласованию. Завтрак – шведский стол – качественный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. В отеле нет лифта, но на ресепшене предлагают помощь в подъеме багажа до номера. Рядом с отелем расположены ресторанчик и кафе с хорошей кухней. При следующем приезде в Питер остановимся в этом отеле.

Шумно ( экскурсии корабликов которые лопат как будто на ухо вам будут сниться ), кондиционер не работал , администраторы Отеля просто ужас. История была в субботу ранним утром , и просто хотелось поспать до обеда . Девушка на ресепшн сначала удивилась цене которую я озвучила из Яндекс ( видимо рассчитывала на другую ) но это совсем ничего . Далее она начинает говорить ,что у нас ранее заселение , было 7 утра . Я объясняю что мы уедем уже в 16:00 и мы не останемся на сутки . Поэтому сумму за сутки которую заплатим по сути за 8 часов - вполне считаю приемлемой . Она никак не отреагировала, ну и ладно подумала я . Документы были оформлены на моего мужа и ему конечно Дали подписать , в 7 утра мало кто читает ,что подписывает (а надо бы !) Мы приходим , душ и вроде бы я уснула . И в 12 звонок в дверь , в недоумении просыпаемся , в дверях уже другая девушка и говорит у вас выселение в 12! Мое недоумение граничило со злостью недосыпом и ненавистью к тупости и отсутствии банального уважения к своим гостям . Я голая в дверях стою и объясняю даме, что я в 7 только приехала , и сказала что уедем в 16( сказала ее сменщице) И естественно сказала чтобы дали просто поспать . Попила чай , легла обратно . И через 15 минут звонок , моя сменщица сказала что она вам говорила о 12:00 . А ещё вы подписали документ )))) Естественно споры и ругань меня мало устраивают на состояние недосыпа , а ещё за сутки заплатить за такое отношение просто не позволила совесть . Если бы было человеческое отношение и умение идти на встречу своим гостям , вероятно думаю это все было бы решено . Ставлю жирную 1! не советую от слова совсем ! И разнесу этот отзыв по всем платформам . Учиться бы вам сервису . Увидела подобный отзыв тут . Так что уверенна теперь ,что это не единичный случай !

Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.
