Hotel hardware facilities can not be compared with the domestic Renaissance, but the maintenance is not bad, the service is also very good, there are slippers, toiletries and kettle. We thank the hotel staff for the wonderful welcome and care during our stay at the hotel. Even for a wonderful and unexpected surprise from the hotel team in honor of my birthday in the form of a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and delicious cake. The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. Luxurious breakfasts with red caviar, fresh juices, a buffet and plus an additional dish can be ordered. Good location! We were very satisfied!

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find at 11pm. The hotel sign is above a restaurant and the entrance bell is hidden behind a large pot plant about 15m to the right of the sign. On entering you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to the hotel. We stayed in the room next to the manned reception desk. The room was adequate for our needs. A large, but low bed, tea/coffee and free wifi and a safe in the wardrobe. The TV does not show English language programmes, not really a problem for us. Buffet breakfast is served in a small room with 4 tables, not great for 16 rooms. Choice was good but exactly the same every day. The best things about this hotel was the location and the price. Turn left for St Isaac's Cathedral, Astoria Hotel (great cocktails) and the City Tour busses. Turn Right for Nevsky Prospekt (Oxford Street).

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи в феврале 2023 года. Двухместный номер был расположен на втором этаже с окнами во двор. Очень тихо. Номер чистый, просторный, проблем с размещением чемоданов и одежды нет. Постели с удобными матрасами и приятным бельем, туалетная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Тщательная уборка проводилась по мере необходимости по согласованию. Завтрак – шведский стол – качественный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. В отеле нет лифта, но на ресепшене предлагают помощь в подъеме багажа до номера. Рядом с отелем расположены ресторанчик и кафе с хорошей кухней. При следующем приезде в Питер остановимся в этом отеле.

This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. This hotel is just off the Neva River, not far from the East Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Naval Library, etc. The hotel's changing streets are north of the Navy's office facilities. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
